Staff was very helpful. Food was good.
Water bottle too expensive @ Rs.110 /= for the Guest ???
Restaurant serving time too long.
Tea and coffee ordered in the restaurant @ 125/= --very expensive.
Shower fittings loose and not maintained. Water leakage near the commode. Lighting not sufficient at the wash basin for shaving.

The staff here made the facilities come alive for us. From the moment we stepped onto the premises, our every need was taken care of: room service was immediate and warm, and the food and servers were A+.

Window view was dark. No view and light at window. The staff could have given us a room with some view atleast.

The staff was extremely polite about almost everything. We had a no CC-required booking and had requested a late checkout, the person who asked me to pay a certain amount over the call so that rooms don't get canceled after 6 pm was extremely cordial. Friendly staff as well
Breakfast, the poha was stale and gave me an upset stomach and my spouse had a vomit incident.
