logement grand, confortable, fonctionnel, joli, propre. Et en plus un bacon avec table et fauteuilles Résidence très jolie, arborée et propre, calme. juste en face du trame qui vous relie au centre ville en 1/4 d'heure

Il manque quelques équipements de cuisine notamment une théière. Les odeurs d 'égouts dans la salle de bain sont très désagréables , fort heureusement ils ne sont pas constants Les avions survolent la résidence car l’aéroport est très proche Le luna Park juste à coté est bruyant jusqu’à environ minuit ou une heure Nous sommes rentrés très tard tous les soirs donc ces bruits ne nous ont pas incommodés mais en d'autres circonstances ce peut être dérangeant. Nous venions pour la cérémonie de remise de diplôme de ma fille.

We liked the car park, the closeness to the tram station. It was, clean with all basics things you need. We appreciated the phone call from the owner to check if all was ok :-)

The unlocking system is not straighfoward but we managed (maybe it just us!!!)

Great location for Zenith Metropolitan Concert

Nothing, it was great. Bit tricky with the App. But once you get used to it, no problem!

Bank FraudAlert for 200 deposit @ 02h00 in the morning. Obliged to download an APP to access the property. completely inadmissible. Host "out of the country" and therefore not contactable except via Whatsap, another obligatory APP.

Near the tram

Squeaky beds, broken glass in doors, chipped floor tiles, dangerous balcony with gaps which children could get through, no communication that pool would not be open, basic facilities for cooking - "premium apartment" I think not. Requested a cot for our baby, it wasn't provided. Key system is overly complicated and unnecessary. They tried to take our money within a few hours of booking, and re-tried multiple times even messaging me via Whatsapp about it which to be honest I found off-putting. Upon exit we received a bill for extra cleaning fees, even though we cleaned the things specified in the 'contract' that they make you sign. Very clearly just after your money.

Best place i ve stayed so far. The only problem was the entrence with car cauze there was no key for garage door. You ve to use an app and it works with internet. So if you dont want to buy a local simcard or data card for a few days it s a little bit hard to get in the apartment with car. Otherwise you can use app and it works well. Host was very kind and responsive. Helped me with early check in. There were everthing in the flat you need. Location was perfect for me (for airport)

You need internet for access to garage, apartment and flat.

Easy to find from motorway, great parking and a lovely shower. Tram into town right outside building.
