OCEANFRONT CONDO - All the comforts of home!!
Ceci est un vrai condo d'une chambre avec entrée dans le hall / hall.
Situé au 6ème étage, ni trop haut, ni trop bas, mais juste pour profiter des magnifiques paysages et sons OCEAN FRONT. Montez jusqu'au parking GATED attenant (accès avec la carte-clé de votre chambre), garez votre voiture et entrez directement dans les couloirs fermés à température contrôlée.
Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et nouveaux tapis installés partout. Les 2 lits queen size avec matelas à plateau-coussin dans la chambre ainsi qu'un canapé-lit queen dans le salon, peuvent accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. La table de cuisine est également un lit escamotable pleine grandeur qui tire du mur pour accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires si nécessaire pour un total de 8 !!
Il y a 2 grandes télévisions à écran plat, télévision par câble, WiFi gratuit, ainsi qu'une cafetière et Keurig, mixeur, mijoteuse, grille-pain, planche à repasser et fer à repasser pour votre usage.
Tous les draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis.
Il n'y a pas de service de ménage quotidien.
Le bâtiment Condo possède une piscine intérieure, un bain à remous, une rivière lente et une piscine pour enfants, ainsi qu'une piscine extérieure. Il y a une pelouse en front de mer pour bronzer et socialiser, avec table / chaises ombragées, ainsi que des chaises longues. Il y a une salle de musculation / fitness et des salles de bains situées au premier étage, toutes deux accessibles avec la carte-clé de votre chambre.
Le condo partage la propriété avec un hôtel portant le nom de Holiday Sands et vous donne accès à une piscine intérieure supplémentaire, un bain à remous, une grande aire de jeux pour piscine pour enfants, une terrasse ensoleillée recouverte de moquette et une piscine extérieure. This was a great experience, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone going to Myrtle Beach.
The beach was perfect, check in was a breeze, and parking was great being on level with the condo. It had every amenity you could want, and even within walking distance to the pier, great food, ice cream, and shops.
Mrs. Lawless answered any questions and concerns I had. This condo was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice, I look forward to staying here again soon!

The condo was very clean and absolutely perfect for a small get away! Just make sure you bring extra toilet paper and trash bags i read that in the listing and was glad i brought extras but other than that it was very well stocked with essentials!

We really enjoyed the location of the condo, the view of the ocean and all the amenities. It is within walking distance to both piers on the beach and there are multiple restaurants and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

Liked our stay very much. Kitchen was suppled better any condo we have stayed in 15 years of fall trips. All appliances worked perfectly. Easy parking. Easy drives either North or South for day trips. Nice section of beach for walks.

We had a great stay! Rodney and Tammy were awesome with answering any questions we had. They go above and beyond to ensure that you feel at home. The view from the balcony, watching the sunrise each morning was perfect. You can hear the waves crashing and sit and watch which is so relaxing. We didn’t cook but looked like there was everything you need. The beach is right there snd chairs and umbrella was perfect as you didn’t have to buy one. The condo is close to everything! We didn’t use pools but they are great for kids.
The only thing is be careful when you put a dress in GPS as Tammy writes it in the directions that it’s not North Myrtle Beach but GPS gives you that address. Once we contacted Tammy she got right back to us. Condo is close to airport which is perfect!
Communicatin and directions from Rodney and Tammy were great. Would def stay again.

The place was better in person than described. It was a perfect size for a couple or even a family of 4. It may seem crowded for larger since the murphy bed is the kitchen table. This was listed in the description. The 6th floor was as high as I wanted to go but that's just my preference. The condo appeared recently remodeled, exceptionally clean, and lots of nice towels in the bathroom. The bathtub even has a hand held shower and grab bar. We would easily stay again. The hostess was excellent on responding to any questions.

From walking in the door to the last day of walking out, most excellent place we've ever stayed! Beautiful, clean and up to date "condo"! This was my 1st vacation without my husband. There are so many 1st when your soulmate passes away! I am very thankful for this beautiful place to stay! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The condo was excellent and suited ouur needs perfectly. The whole weekend was great and Rodney and Tammy were quick to respond when we had a question. Only recommendation would be to leave instructions on how to operate the Keurig and dishwasher as they were both a little tricky to work. Would definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area and it is available.

The condo was exactly as shown in the photos . Very clean, the view from the balcony was amazing and it is located within minutes of the boardwalk and shops.

This condo was just right for our family! We loved being able to walk right onto the beach but also have the option for the pools. It was nice to spend time on the balcony to watch the sunrise and look for dolphins throughout the day. The beds were probably my favorite part of the condo…so soft and comfortable! We were traveling with a 2 year old and it’s important for us to have a really dark room for him to sleep. The room had no windows so it was perfect for all of us to get a good night sleep! Communication with Rod and Tammy was very easy and friendly. We would recommend this place to others and hopefully get a chance to come back!

The condo was just as advertised. We had a wonderful stay. View was amazing. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Bed was super comfortable. Only negative comment is some of other guests took 2 parking spaces so nobody could park beside them. I would highly recommend this condo to others.

We only struggled knowing exactly where to check in and getting any door dash deliveries. So if that says anything! We had an easy and super comfortable stay. Our teen daughter and her friend just lived in the pool and soaked up the sun on the beach. It was so easy to be at Tammy and Rodneys. It was like a mini home away from home. Highly recommned the condo. It will not disappoint.

This property was just what my wife and I wanted. Beautiful view walking distance to restaurants just perfect. Pools were amazing and the outdoor heated pool next store was great for those chilly days or the hot tub.the condo itself had great comfy beds and everything you needed was just perfect.

This house was awesome for celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary, the whole family had plenty of room to have their own rooms and plenty of space on the patio for all 30 of us!! Kieran was awesome as well, we had to reach out cause the pool was just as hot as the hot tub the first day we got there and they had someone come the next day to fix it and also had someone come to check later to make sure it still was heating properly and we didn’t have any other issues!! During our 8 days stay we did ask to have the pool cleaned once and Kieran sent someone that same day!! All 30 of us loved the home and location was great, close to everything you can imagine!!

Looked better than the pictures! The most comfortable beds ever! Super clean, and nicely decorated. The view was the best! We will be back!
