Loved the location and the spacious living areas. Areas that could be improved: carpets need to be cleaned, the shower door in master bathroom was filthy (I cleaned off lots of black gunk from the bottom). I washed the tile floors and needed to change the water several times after I arrived. The wind whistled through the door into the unit. Sofa needs a good cleaning. We loved being on the beach watching the dolphins. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. The extra blankets were appreciated.

The condo is in a beautiful location, with amenities(pool, hot tub, fitness center), was definitely what we were needing with the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Beds were all very comfortable, Wi-Fi worked the majority of the time. I was just alittle confused about the beach restoration project that closed the beach with all the construction equipment running 24-7 for the first two full days of our stay. We were very happy with the condo itself, just wondering if we could have been notified about the noisy restoration project ahead of time, I’m sure someone must have known about it with our stay coming. As I said the place was great itself, and once the construction was gone we enjoyed the remainder of our time resting and walking the beach.

The property has an amazing view, great location, nice amenities and is furnished well for a big group. The layout is perfect for multiple couples or a large family get together.

This place was amazing for our large crew of adults and kids. It had so much more space than we could have imagined. Plenty of bathrooms, so fighting over showers was not an issue. Pool and hot tub access were fantastic. The place was clean and well-supplied. We would definitely stay here again

This condo was great for our large family. The unit was very large, clean and spacious! The only complaint that I shared with the rental property was the horrible problem with the trash!! I complained about the horrible smell in the elevator lobby and nothing was done to clean up the overflowing and very messy “trash room”! We seen maggots in the elevator lobby and could smell the horrible smell all the way by the pool. I don’t know how often the trash truck comes to empty the dumpster but it would be a great idea for it to come by several times a week or even every day if that would help keep it cleaned up! Over all, we enjoyed this property very much and had a great vacation!!

Great views and impressive condo. I saw several mentions in prior reviews that had issues with security. We had no issues with them and our only interaction with them was with them was courteous. I would say that maybe the mattresses are due for an update and could have been a more comfortable but not so much that it stopped me giving 5 stars

We had 4 households stay together for a 4 night stay. This place was perfect for our needs. Very clean and nice. Check in/out was very easy. Location was close enough to activities you could walk, but far enough away the entertainment did not keep you up at night.

My daughter is getting married and we took her bridal party and my best friend and grandkids. Highly recommend the colonnades. Easy to get too perfect location. Quiet pool is great for little kids and beach omg was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed the stay and the condo and location. Close enough to walk down to Sea N Suds for a lunch or drink and good walk down to State Park pier. There is also a Market just down the street for food and drink items and souvenirs. Condo had plenty of room and great views. Only negative was the fridge shelves had been broke so hard to put food drinks in there and the stand alone ice maker would have been great but it didnt work. They apologized and said they would get fixed. But if they do get those fixed, I would highly recommend this place!

Colonnades 903 is the perfect condos for groups of family and friends. The bunk room was perfect for the teens and the multiple balconies have the adults plenty of outside space. The view of the gulf is amazing! The only negative for our stay was our interaction with the security guard. He was very rude and aggressive and questioned my teenagers without the adults present. I would love to stay in this condo again but only if the security changes.

Finally, customer service was helpful whenever we needed to communicate. We enjoyed our stay despite the pool not being be available to be used because the heater either wasn't on or it was broken initially. The condo is very spacious and modern. The four bedrooms and four baths served us well and the beach and pool view is awesome! Vivian was wonderful to work with and resolved the few issues that came up. it's wonderful that the state park is close and the amenities there are impressive, especially having free bike rental within the park. Being on the 9th floor allowed us to use the steps some when we were impatient waiting for the one working elevator or to get some additional exercise. I only gave 4 stars because of the pool issue and only one working elevator, but we had a wonderful time, the beds are comfortable, and the condo is spacious!

Condo was as advertised, very clean location was excellent our family was very happy with the rental and would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The only issue encountered, we rented this property for the pool and hot tub which were both out of order for repairs during the first half of our trip, the pool was filled for the last half of our stay but was ice cold and unusable for the remainder of our visit the hot tub never did re-open during our stay. We were given notice one week prior to arrival that the pool and hot tub could possibly be closed, when we called to get more information the lady on the phone made the comment "Whats the big deal you have the largest pool outside your back door" did not appreciate the comment.

Was a delightful place to spend a long weekend with extended family. Great beach location, nicely furnished, very clean, comfortable beds - what else could you ask for! We all agree that we'd love to come back and do it all again right here!

We rented this condo for our annual girls beach weekend. It was perfect for our needs. Nicely decorated. Slept 10 adults comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked. Keurig and drip coffee maker. Good pantry for storage. Additional ice maker at the bar was nice. Views were amazing. Plenty of seating on balcony. Everything was fresh and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was clean. We would definitely stay again. Only complaints are nitpicky... -Not enough coffee mugs and most were tiny, so need more and bigger ones -Fabric on one of the balcony chairs was really worn so you were sitting on the bar, which was uncomfortable

Our family had such a nice vacation, the weather was more rain than sunshine but the Condo was perfect! Very Clean, everything you need, well stocked, only thing missing would be dishwear and Glasses for small children, we had 5 kids. The dryer is an ongoing problem, at least 2 full cycles to dry a smalll load, but very thankful for the convenience of taking home clean clothes, leaving the sand there!!

Everything was great! The coffee maker went out and within a few hours we had a new one. Everyone had a great time and the view could not be beat.

We needed a 4 bedroom/4 bath unit so that our entire family could be together. We used the pool every day and the beach when it didn’t rain. The covered parking was very nice. This was our fourth time staying at Colonnade.

The condo was located right on the beach. We have stayed in gulf shores multiple times and this was probably the closest. It was very clean and spacious. My only issue was maybe not enough coffee cups and one of the lights in the bathroom seemed to have a short in it. I was very disappointed with the parking. We had several people in our group and was only charged for one parking pass when I booked the condo. When I requested two more, I was only able to purchase one and the price had gone up $30. When we arrived at the condo, we were told we could have purchased a third parking pass but we had to do it in advance so, as a result, we had to purchase storage 8 miles from our condo to park our car which cost us another $85. It was very inconvenient not to mention frustrating in the fact that it could have been avoided had we been notified before or given the option when we booked. I have never had an issue with parking before and have always been guaranteed two parking places without an extra fee.

We had a good time and will be back

The condo was perfect for my family of 4 children and 5 adults. The children's bedroom that slept 4 was absolutely perfect. It was very spacious and in a great location. The only issue we had was handle almost immediately. I would love to stay here again whenever my family decides to do another trip together.

This condo was beautiful with so much room for my family of 6. We loved how each of our children had their own beds. The view was awesome and the check-in and check-out process was simple and flawless. The only slight negative we had was the lack of space in the kitchen for our own groceries that we purchased when we got there. That being said, our stay was simply delightful!!

Everything from reservations to check-out was seamless and easy! The property was as advertised and beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and had breath taking views of the Gulf... which was only steps away. One of the highlights enjoyed by my family were the number of balconies. Highly recommend this property for relaxing family getaways!
