My wife and I had a great week long stay at this neat and comfortable condo. Great walkable location for beach, groceries and restaurants. From beginning to end, very clear and easy to follow instructions with pictures and screen shots, good usable kitchen and bathroom, plug in fans, good WiFi, and Mark was very available for help and questions if needed.

Very comfortable. Great location for beach, biking, downtown dining or just vegging, Had a wonderful visit with a dear friend who slept in the downstairs bed. We highly recommend this home.

Very clean and comfortable

This unit is located 3 mins from the beach by foot. Quiet neighborhood, it doesn't get much better for your buck. They had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

Excellent accommodations 1 block from the beach! Great master bedroom in a loft. Management was very attentive. Definitely coming back!

The condo was very clean and quiet and close to shopping, great restaurants. The beach is practically right outside the door. Host was helpful and had great communication. We will be returning next summer for sure! Thank you!

The property was ideally situated to easily walk to the beach for morning strolls, all day lounging, and romantic sunset viewing. The chairs and umbrellas were easy to carry, in good condition, and comfortable to use on the beach all day. Mark was wonderful in his communication, especially involving things outside his control such as grid maintenance on one of the days. I felt like we had all the information to be prepared, comfortable, and a very supported-level self sufficient during our stay. The king sized bed was wonderful and I really appreciated the decent quality pillows. When we return to this area there is no question of where we will stay because I would absolutely plan our trip around this property’s availability.

This unit is just a block from the beach and well outfitted with beach gear. It was super easy to communicate with hosts and everything was as advertised.

A short walk to the beach with all the necessary beach gear for you. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to downtown shops and food. Perfect family get away!!!

My husband, 18 month old and I had a wonderful stay here. We rented bikes from a company the owner suggested and were able to ride or walk everywhere easily in town. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available. The top space was big enough for a pack & play - the only disappointment was having to bring our own. But the owner answered me immediately when I inquired about it. We will definitely be back!! Cutest little town.

I consider myself kinda picky & was very comfortable at this property. It’s an end unit so it has an extra window which is great for fresh air. The unit & all linens were clean so I felt very comfortable sleeping in sheets & using the towels provided. The place is well appointed but not cluttered. The essentials you need. Will definitely rent here again & refer others to do so.

Great location with a 1 block walk to the beach! The unit is cozy and perfect for one couple. There is a single bed tucked under the staircase which we would take turns using as reading nook in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing breakfast and simple dinners. Installing handle pulls on the cabinets would have made it easier to open cabinets and drawers. The slanted ceiling upstairs was a bit low for my tall husband. The walk-in closet is a plus. The bathroom is small and needs a rubber mat for safety in the tub. Would also recommend an upgrade for more absorbent towels and higher quality bed sheets and comforter. The downstairs heater is disfunctional and the upstairs heater is very loud. The owner Mark helped us with a fix during our stay and he was very responsive to our questions/concerns.

Our stay at Mark & Michelle’s condo was perfect from start to finish! We stayed for a month, & they were such wonderful hosts right from the start. Great communication, super friendly, & always quick with replies. They offered great suggestions on places to go in Carp in their welcome packet. Their thoughtfulness in outfitting the condo was wonderful and so appreciated: Beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle ball, even ping pong paddles for the tables by the beach. The usb charging outlets both downstairs and upstairs were a nice touch & so helpful. They thought of everything to make your stay easy-breezy & so convenient. The kitchen has everything you need & the condo was super clean throughout. The condo itself is an absolute gem. It’s an end unit, so you can see the Santa Ynez Mountains mountains first thing in the morning from the upstairs bedroom. It’s so close to everything yet so quiet, and you can hear the ocean from the bedroom upstairs at night. The wifi was great for working remotely, and handled zoom meetings with no problem. Super convenient location just a block from the beach (don’t miss the sunsets!) & walking distance to everything in town. I loved parking my car and barely driving for the month I was there. Santa Barbara is close by to the north, Ventura to the south, and Ojai inland, so there are plenty of things to do if you wanted an easy day out exploring. I had a wonderful stay & Carp is a charming beach town. Thank you so much, Mark & Michelle for being such gracious hosts and sharing your lovely condo. I hope to stay with you again next year!

Great property friendly neighbors close to everything. We came by train from LA and were able to walk to condo and really everything in Carpinteria 😍

Small town living with big city amenities. This condo is within walking distances to the beach and restaurants. A short 5 min drive to the grocery for snacks! My husband and I enjoyed the cozy interior. The house is very well stocked with extra linens and a comfy bed. The host communicated well and immediately took care of our concerns with Wifi. The neighborhood is safe and so charming! I would stay here again!

We were lucky the weather was good to us. Great location and the beach was close and uncrowded. Cute little place that had everything we needed.

Condo is walking distance to beach, town and salt marsh. It was clean and comfortable. I’m from the East Coast, so having bedroom on another level was great for my early morning wake ups. Would stay here again!

Property was excellent in every way. The only issue I personally had was that, due to needing to have the windows open to have sufficient airflow, we rarely felt as though we truly had privacy regarding sound. We had just spent a week in various campgrounds so it wasn't a problem for us, but I could imagine it being a deal breaker for some. Not so much an issue with the property itself and more of a consideration for personal preference. On the whole, Carpinteria has been a wonderful town to stay in for the weekend. Quiet nights, super bike friendly, very pleasant. Shout out to Pizza Man Dan's by the way. Open super late and came in clutch to save our bellies! Would definitely stay again.

Best lodging experience we’ve had in many years. It was perfect for Wife, Son and I. The beach was a short walk to an excellent beach. The Hosts had every detail covered. Start to finish. Great beach town and most everything we needed was a short walk away. (Stores, restaurants, taverns, et. al.). Lots to explore nearby as well. We would highly recommend this getaway spot and property.

One block to a nice beach, one block to really good restaurants! Quiet, had everything we needed. Parking is easy.

Very quiet and family oriented neighborhood.

I loved the cozy beach home. Very clean, quiet and safe. Walking to the beach and area restaurants was so great. We never got in our car during our stay. A true vacation spot for us. We have a handicap adult son who found it was to walk around with us and beach being close was great for him. We hope to be able to book again in the future!

We enjoyed our vacation in this clean and comfortable condo. The unit is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to prepare your own meals. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is only 2 blocks away . Small shops, a variety of eating options and a well stocked grocery store are all within walking distance. Beach chairs, umbrellas and multiple extra towels are provided. We would stay here again in the future.
