The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed the Main Street with options for food.

Wish it was closer to UCSB. It wasn't far but with traffic it took more time than expected

The room was clean, there is a lot of parking space, the hotel is very close to the exit/entrance of the 101 South highway.

Our room was facing the back-side which was noisy because of the highway. The room did have AC but it was very noisy and not working effectively. During the night there was quite some noise from outside when other guests we leaving.

It was convenient and the garden was lovely

The restaurant and bar were not open and when told the receptionist was quite nonchalant. The coffee machine did not work and the room doors did not shut properly.

That the hotel allowed construction to happen in the room next door to my room. It only stopped after I called the front desk at 10pm to complain. At check-out, I told them what happened and the employee said they would give me a $45 credit, which I didn't get.

Easy check-in and effortless check-out. Far and away the nicest BW I've stayed in. Very attractive, inside and out, with a lovely courtyard. And, while I didn't use the bar, it looked quite nice.

Property was safe and close enough to downtown Santa Barbara. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property provided baggage storage prior to check in and after checkout.

There is no room service every day. There is a board at the reception stating that but it is not mentioned at Booking.

Property was clean and staff very courteous. A very nice facility! Rooms were clean and layout nice.

For me, the beds were terribly uncomfortable. it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Not sure if all the beds were that firm but in my room both queen sized beds were.

1. Our room had no complimentary bottled water and we needed to go and ask for it at the front desk. 2. No microwave in the room. 3. The restaurant at this hotel was closed the next morning and so we needed to check-out early and drove to somewhere else for breakfast. 4. I was asked to pay extra $50 as security deposit upon check-in and I still have not yet received the refund from the hotel a week later.
