Staff was friendly. Location is better but not maintained well

Not clean Smelly pillows No drinking water or tea kettle No breakfast and nearest coffee shop is almost 3Km away

The location and the ambience were fantastic, this is the best place for those looking for quiet and privacy, the rooms are great, but the staff behaviour has to improve a lot. you cannot find any food in the resort so it would be better if you could bring your food since swiggy or Zomato will take more than 45 mins to deliver there, when I stayed there the water was not running for 24 hrs, and because of that I struggled to reach the airport to catch my early morning flight, but apart from these problems, the stay was been fantastic and I enjoyed it,

I found this location late night and was looking for an accommodation near Aster medicity deliberately! It met all our expectations except the staff being so rude, irresponsible and doesn’t even value the booking confirmation from BOOKING.COM

I got the confirmation from booking.com and Oyo as well. And when I went to check in the hotel charged me extra saying their tariffs rate are different and they don’t care about app bookings. We were so shocked that the booking confirmation from booking.com was useless! They took around 1000rs extra and said if otherwise we can’t check in. Due to our urgency and hospital issue, we paid this and took the rooms! But this is purely taking advantage of our situation and too much for a stay that too without any restaurant or any extra ordinary facilities! Atleast they should have considered the booking confirmation and sorted the extra tariff amount issue with oyo or booking.com. This was such a rare and exhausting experience in kochi this time!

The way staff welcomes the guest. The way they charge for using pool, which is not mentioned in Booking.com. To add to the misery, the door of our washroom didn't have a lock! I am unhappy with Booking.com too, as no reply was given to me about my complaint even after 2 days.
