Appartement romantique de 800 m² avec une piscine privée et un bain à remous. Seule propriété dans la ville urbaine de Sarasota avec piscine privée et bain à remous en option (tous les vôtres, non partagés). Fraîchement rénové en 2016. Toute sérénité tropicale mais proche de tout. Un mode de vie alternatif vous permet d'être totalement à plusieurs kilomètres de votre ville natale. Amusez-vous à créer de nouveaux souvenirs. Votre propre piscine privée d'eau salée chauffée est entièrement naturelle sans chlore dur. Trop froid pour nager? Pas de soucis. Vous pouvez profiter du grand bain à remous de 104 degrés. Vous pouvez choisir entre cuisiner dans la cuisine bien équipée ou griller et dîner en plein air dans votre véranda au bord de la piscine. Vous aurez accès à: Cour arrière entièrement clôturée (très privée), véranda couverte, piscine, barbecue, stationnement hors rue, buanderie. Il existe deux styles de Floride vélos fournis pour votre plaisir. C'est un endroit rare pour Sarasota, le jogging, le quartier adapté aux vélos avec une excellente balade facile le long du front de mer où vous pourrez profiter de chênes centenaires, de mousse espagnole, de maisons modestes aux hôtels particuliers et du magnifique musée Ringling. Downtown Main St. Sarasota est à 5 minutes en voiture avec de nombreux restaurants, vie nocturne et shopping. Le sable blanc de sucre de la plage du Lido est à 10 minutes en voiture. Rester dans le quartier d'Indian Beach est vraiment de la vieille Floride. Sûr, calme et convivial. Les maisons sont un mélange éclectique de moderne à plus de 100 ans. Il y a trois collèges dans ce quartier, un musée de classe de mots, un pub de micro-brasserie, Starbucks et quelques restaurants locaux modestes à distance de marche. Le parc minuscule mais magnifique de la baie est à une rue. Sarasota est principalement une ville dépendante de la voiture. Cependant, l'arrêt de bus public est à deux pâtés de maisons. L'aéroport SRQ est à dix minutes en voiture. Les taxis et Uber sont facilement disponibles. Des locations de kayak sont facilement disponibles. Vélos et chaises de plage gratuits sur la propriété. What a wonderful time we had! The place was well-kept and perfectly private and secluded for us. We enjoyed time around the pool day and night and the place was super close to all kinds of fun restaurants and activities. We hope to be back. Thanks, Roy!

My husband and I felt as though we were in our own backyard paradise. Everything was just as advertised. Location was convenient to great restaurants and beautiful sunsets on the bay. Roy was an excellent host! Communication with Roy is easy and pleasant. You do not have to hesitate to ask him for anything and he creates a very private atmosphere. We will return one day and highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to relax and have “nothing” to do for a few days when we stumbled on roys place. We had anticipated the trip for months and when we arrived we were not disappointed. Roy’s place was everything we were looking for. We spent most of our time on the linai and pool. The bedroom was comfy and cozy. During our stay Roy was just a text away to help with anything or answer any questions. I would come here again and again.

Overall, a clean place in a nice quiet neighborhood. Privacy is definitely questionable, as the owner lives on the same property. It is basically a duplex with a wall divider in the pool. The back yard is shared and the owner seemed to just appear at odd times, behind the fence around the hot tub and outdoor shower. We stayed from Sunday to Thursday. On Tuesday the hot tub was shut off with the only explanation being "it's broken". The pool is not heated, so the hot tub was definitely a main attraction for choosing this property. Needless to say it was never fixed during the rest of our stay, which was definitely disappointing.

Absolutely wonderful property. We fully intend to continue to come back when circumstances allow. We love coming to Roy's Place and are just completely relax while we're there. Pictures are accurate and I'm sure anyone will love it just as much as we do.

Couldn’t have stayed at a better place! Everything was as advertised. I see why every review was so good. Met Roy, the owner - a fantastic guy. Will definitely be back! No need to look for another location as this one is in a great neighborhood and centrally located. Easy in and out and close to great restaurants!

We found Roy’s place to be just as advertised and as all his favorable reviews suggested. Checkin a breeze with code provided, parking right in front. The pictures are very accurate. Fun decor, very clean and the space was perfect for us. The outdoor space, pool and hot tub really made for a nice week. Coming back from the beach and after dinner, the perfect little oasis. Roy’s place was the perfect place to stay for our Sarasota vacation. It is close to everything and even has a few places that you can walk to. Just a couple minute walk to watch the sunset over the bay. Everything was clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable, the furnishings are exceptional, and the outdoor area with the pool and the hot tub are the crown jewel! Everything as advertised. Very private. We were fortunate to meet Roy on our last day when we walked by him getting out of his car. Really nice guy! Definitely will return if the opportunity arises. Five + stars!!!

This was the most relaxing stay. My husband and I will remember it for a lifetime! The pool was so relaxing I fell asleep several times out there on the couch. It was amazing to just be able to get away. Oh and Starbucks AND Dunkin’ are within walking distance!!! I would walk the neighborhood most mornings and grab a coffee, thanks for a great stay Roy

Perfect vacation
The house was very nice with a nice pool and hot tub. We loved the outdoor shower and used it every day. Great location right near downtown Sarasota and lido key. Siesta key is also only a 25 minute drive away. We had a great stay and everything about the house is great.

What An Amazing Place
This property is a must if you are looking for a great space, location, and privacy. Roy’s place was clean and very easy to enjoy. Pictures don’t do it justice. The pool was great and the waterfall accent creates a very relaxing environment. This is where we spent most of our time. The outdoor shower had to be our favorite things. Siesta Key beach was 22 minutes away during busy time. There are great restaurants all around the Sarasota area and the surrounding neighborhoods by Roy’s Place are great to walk in. Very peaceful. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here.

Incredible honeymoon spot!
Roy opened up his amazing home to us and it was just as he described it. The pool and hot tub were awesome to relax with the outdoor lighting at night! Short drive to the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Full kitchen to cook breakfast before heading out for the day.

Privacy, peace and quiet
We really enjoyed the time we spent at this property. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from downtown Sarasota, but a coffee shop, bookstore, pub, and vegan restaurant are all within a short walk, as is the bay. The apartment itself is exactly as described. It is nicely decorated and well appointed. We did not want for anything during our stay. The backyard retreat is spectacular, with private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, lounge area, and dining area. We spent most of our time here outside. The peace and privacy the location offers is just what we needed for our getaway.
