You'll never be alone here - you will be sharing the room with 25 generations of cockroaches. If you're into that - you can expect to meet 20+ every day who will get into everything and want to accompany you on your journey beyond this apartment. Very unpleasant.

The location is great. Everywhere we need to go is very accessible via walking. It’s near Robinsons supermarket, Starbucks, Massage Spas, Restaurants (even cheap ones), Convenient Stores.

The Unit we were assigned to was not comfortable. First, the first time we entered the room as we checked in, it smelled like a stinky sink. So we had to pour out hot water over the kitchen sink several times. It lessened the odor but still it smelled. We requested to transfer to another unit but they said we had to book another one and instead they only sent us a housekeeper and they just poured out vinegar and hot water on the sink. The smell went off but when we try to wash on the sink, the smell triggered again. The odor was really bad and we had to sleep with it for 4nights. Second, the extra bed on the floor wasn’t clean. There were wet marks all over it. Third, they charge 500 pesos for overnight parking.

The building was old but properly maintained tho. The terrace was a plus. And they allowed me to receive visitors. The room was not that spacious enough but they have all the amenities we needed in our stay.

They didn’t gave me a room I booked. I booked a twin bed but they gave me a double bed and a sofa bed which was slightly worn out.

Nothing at all.

Staffs are incompetent. No customer service. No wifi inside the room which happened to be the MOST important thing. No proper instructions. All in all VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Good City location, lifts good, staff good,

Not being able to choose a room of choice, rooms all different fit out and quality, I was put in a room with concrete floor, was cold on the feet, bed wasn't long enough, feet hung over the end, but highly recommend.

It has 2 beds and has kitchenwares.

The bathroom has a foul smell and the bed didn't have good blanket. The wifi keeps turning on and off.
