Perfect location for Heathrow departures. Very comfortable bed.
Price was pretty steep for one night. Light from heating control very bright all night which was disturbing. I'm not keen on rainfall showers with no hand option attached.

Convenience of being right inside the terminal which gave us a very quick access to our check in the following morning without having to get a taxi or shuttle into the airport. Very pleasant staff.
Hotel was clean and comfortable... very small rooms but we were aware of this beforehand...it's functional and convenient....
Couldn't really fault the hotel ,but disappointed with the limited choice of restaurants in terminal 3 to eat the night before our flight as we were before security.

Stuck in a box room probably smaller than a prison cell with an on suite, no window and very claustrophobic

Great bed. Good TV. Kettle and supplies on room.
Tiny room. There is no place to open suitcases. Bathroom sink emptied very slowly, toilet didn't flush properly and no barrier to keep shower water from flowing out in front of the toilet.

Staff were amazing and location perfect for terminal 2
Bedroom and bathroom were tiny. Ridiculously small for £245 . I cannot believe this is the size room and bathroom you’ get for one night at that price. I was expecting a lot bigger room and bathroom. I did complain at the time but no luck it’s what you get ! I would not pay this price for such a small room it’s disgusting.

I stayed the night before my flight because of the hotel's location. It was easy to find - thanks to excellent directions when I rang the hotel. Also, it was very easy to walk from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 the next day to catch my fllight.

loved the location. was easy to get to when we arrived in Terminal 5 and was leaving out of terminal 2 the next day. Room was so quiet! Quite different than other stays at Heathrow airport! plus we could easily walk to our gate the next morning.

Shame no TV connection, was looking forward to chilling out in my room prior to travelling early the following morning, but issues at the airport caused no TV connection during my stay. Was disappointed
