Staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities are kept very clean. The food is amazing.

Sehr sicherer Ort in Johannesburg. Man kann auch direkt über das Hotel in eine Mall gelangen. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und okay.

Service lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Weder beim Check in, noch beim Essen im Restaurant oder generell. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen höchst unmotiviert zu sein. Nur 1-2 Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich (weiß leider die Namen nicht mehr). Das Essen ist Durchschnitt. Am Buffet sind die Speisen lauwarm. Mussten 1 Nacht in Johannesburg zwischenlanden, somit hat das Hotel seinen Zweck erfüllt.

we arrived at 20h00 pm but we had to wait for 2hrs while rooms are being cleaned and checking if we will be able to get the room and we requested for a refund but nope.it was cold

The pool is rather small, so is the bed.. but these things did not dampen our stay.

Personal sehr aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber & sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker.

The best thing about the hotel was the location and the shuttle service to Mandela square. The breakfast was also good.

Worst experience ever. The lady at the front desk was very rude. I had requested a twin bed room when booking, and upon arrival, I informed the receptionist of my request and asked for a room on a lower floor. Despite this, she checked us into a single bed room on the 7th floor. We went up to the room and realized it was indeed on the 7th floor and had a single bed. We went back to inform her that the room had a single bed, not a twin bed. She then told me she would try to find a twin bed room because, according to her, I had booked a single bed. I had to show her my booking details to prove I had booked a twin bed room. She then agreed to give us a twin bed room, and it was on the 3rd floor but in a very noisy area where we couldn't get a good rest, especially during the early hours. Additionally, it's important to mention that the restaurant staff gave more preference to white guests. Several times, I asked them for something, and they pretended to forget, while promptly serving the next guests who were white. To make matters worse, the floor was not well cleaned and had a strange smell. Overall, it was the worst experience ever.
