El restaurante estaba cerrado. Nos hizo falta para cuando uno no quiere salir

La habitación era muy espaciosa y la localización estupenda

La higiene de la habitación se podría mejorar. Las cortinas del salón tenían manchitas de lo que parecían dedos con sangre(?) y el baño olía mucho a huevos podridos.

Price is a bit high, especially the breakfast, also rooms have no coffee making facilities,

Personeel is niet vakbekwaam ,noch geautoriseerd om besluiten te nemen. Bereikbaarheid met auto en bagage is een RAMP..Geboden parkeergelegenheid veel verderop is nog erger!!! En dan ook nog a Euro 22.-

Beautiful hotel from the outside in a perfect location. Unfortunately the rooms are looking a little bit old fashioned-but ok!

Furniture was a little bit old fashioned and the beds were „moving“ due to rollers….

Fantastic Hotel! Lovely room, the staff are wonderful and very helpful. The location is perfect. After a hot day, relaxing in the jacuzzi is lovely.

A kettle in the room would make the stay completely perfect!

Excellent location. Breakfast was moved due to a "technical"problem apparently. The service was good but the product was only ok.

Personnel is so kind and professional, rooms are big and well equipped, location is perfect!

It's a very noisy hotel. You can hear every chair being moved in other rooms and the cleaners shouting to each other from 7am

Breakfast was expensive for what was provided. Pool on roof closed for 2 days

The plaza where the Melia is located is alive day & night. Lots of restaurants & stores. The days we stayed had free concerts at night. We had a room in the corner above the hotel, the view was awesome, we could open windows & hear music at night, but once windows were closed the sound was gone. Our daughters had a standard room but they had slight corner view of plaza. We didn’t use our car once.

Excellent location - lovely big room - breakfast ok but needs a new coffee machine and a larger breakfast room to save waiting when busy - Staff were first class through out - there was 16 of us we had no problem checking in and they were so helpful

The location was excellent as we could walk everywhere in Valencia. The room was big, but the beds were the most uncomfortable ones we have had in a while. It was like sleeping on a wooden blank. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
