The video shows exactly what’s happening here. I will absolutely not return to this hotel, even though it’s an international brand, but unfortunately, in Cairo, they failed to uphold its standards. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their money here, as you’ll be staying in a workshop rather than a hotel room

Evening was perfect, the location and food. The style of the hotel is classic, i thank Nancy for support.

Two things it will make the placel marvelous, one don’t let anyone to smoke in the reception area and make a smoking area. Some of the furniture need to be updated.

Staff in general is nice.

During the booking process, I selected Option 1 for a king bed, but I was given a twin bed room. If you want to satisfy your guests' requests, the least you could do is to offer an upgraded room; however, nothing was done in this regard. I had to return to the reception the following day to reiterate my request, and I finally got that kind bed. As for the breakfast, it does not warrant a five-star rating—I would even argue it doesn’t deserve four stars. I would rate it fairly at three stars at most due to the lack of fresh juices and a limited selection of salad and fruits. Additionally, I was charged a $100 pre-authorization as a security deposit, and after almost one month, I am still struggling to have that transaction reversed. I am extremely disappointed!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Am Pool war es während des Aufenthalts angenehm ruhig und entspannend.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass man während das Schild „Bitte nicht stören“ an der Türe hängt, angerufen wird, um das Zimmer zu reinigen. Ebenso, dass einmal Handtücher einfach entfernt und nicht ersetzt wurden.
