The bed is comfortable. Location wise it’s quite alright with easy access via the tram to the city centre.

We had noisy neighbour who came back at 1am plus talking loudly and disturbed our sleep.

El hotel es bueno aunque tiene unas cosas pequeñas que no son tipicas de los Westin. Solo habia calefaccion en mi habitacion, no aire, normalmente las 2 funcionan en un hotel de esta categoria. Desayuno muy caro, no lo tome. Muy buen gimnasio, buena piscina. Me atendio muy bien Sara en Recepcion!!!! Gracias. Esta relativamente cerca del casco antiguo, pasan tranvias. Es un hotel recomendable.

Solo cositas pequeñas pero es un buen hotel. Con la ventana abierta se oye algo de ruido de tranvias y trafico. Aire acondicionado apagado e hizo calorcillo un dia. El aeropuerto esta lejisimos en Zagreb pero se puede llegar en el Bus 290 y tranvia 9 por 1.60 euros!!!

Westin is a fascinating company. I’ve stayed in amazing Westins (Cape town and Las Vegas), one of the worst hotels I stayed in was also a Westing (Atlanta airport; dirty, old and unfriendly). And then there is the Westin Zagreb. It could have been a positive experience. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly! However the buidling is old, the room temperature was tropical. The only option was to switch everything off and open the windows… letting all of Zagrebs night life sounds to enter your room. Room service was also not good. Tried to order an American breakfast through the QR code, that didn’t work. Had to go down to the reception to order. When it arrived half of the items that we mentioned on the menu were missing. For a supposedly high end hotel chain this was all very disappointing. In the end I cut my stay short with a day. And I won’t come back.

Već drugi put odsjedam u Westinu radi položaja, udobnosti noćenja.. No vec drugi put kupaonica bas nije u najboljem stanju. Gljivice u tuš kabini, ogledalo koje nije prebrisano, wc školjka za koju ne znam da je dezinficirana od prethodnih gostiju… Šteta!

The room and bath room are very condusive. The Halal food too, since I am Muslim and really appreciate it.

Nothing in general but the lighting in the elevator should be more brighter.

Location good, walking distance to upper and lower town and easy to access by car from the motorway. The size of the room was good.Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The room could have been cleaner, smears in the bathroom and the toilet seat needed replacing badly it was so stained. It was 14 degrees outside and we were told they "were trying to switch the heating on"...it never did come on so the room was cold all evening and during the night. The Gym told me they were not open that day for the hotel guests (Saturday 31st September at 4pm) and none of the machines were swtiched on and none of the gym staff seemed capable of switching them on??? Parking 20 euros per day for outside parking. The hotel is basically not of the standard I expect of a Westin.

Die Lage und das Essen im Restaurant sind super .

Es war eiskalt im Zimmer und auf diesbezügliche Anfrage bekam ich eine lapidare Antwort, dass die Heizung noch nicht aktiviert wurde trotz 14 Grad Aussentemperatur. Eine etwas gequälte Entschuldigung bekam ich auch . Entschädigung in Form von Preisreduzierung oder Ähnliches wurde mir nicht angeboten, was ich sehr unverschämt fand . Des Weiteren war das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffett sehr schlecht gelaunt, wobei es beim Abendessen am Abend davor unglaublich freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert war .

وجود مواقف بتكلفه 15 يورو لليوم الواحد قلة عدد المواقف وجود رائحة غير محببة في استقبال الفندق

We loved everything about this property. The rooms were lovely with a very comfortable bed and a lovely shower. They provided a free taxi to and from the sister hotel to use the pool and sauna which was amazing. The staff were so helpful and polite. We will definitely be returning.

Sometimes the wait for the taxi was quite long however not a complaint as it was paid for and provided for us.

Tapete u sobi, tepih zgužvan , vrata par puta sam morao do recepcije da ih otvorim, kupaonica iz juge dajte malo uredite.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Der Wellnessbereich wird gerade renoviert. Deshalb wurde uns ein Transfer ins Sheraton Hotel auf Kosten des Hauses angeboten. Aus Zeitgründen haben wir das Angebot nicht angenommen, fanden es aber eine tolle Geste.

Der Kühlschrank der Minibar sollte innen gereinigt werden. Im Bereich wo das Kondenswasser ab rinnt war ein brauner Film. Der Frühstückskaffee und die Auswahl an Süßem zum Frühstück hat meinen Geschmack nicht getroffen.

Hotel is well located just a 10-15 minutes walk from city centre. Room is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a buffet with all you like.

Super service und jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser sowie ein kleines Stück Schockolade gratis zu bekommen war Top. Die Betten war sehr bequem und die Frühstücksauswahl auch gross.

Der Wäscheservice war etwas langsam. Ich hab zum Beispiel angefragt 50% mehr zu bezahlen um am gleichen Tag innerhalb von 4 Stunden die Wäsche zurückzukriegen was aber nicht passiert ist bis den Tag darauf.

1. Заказал трансфер из аэропорта. - дело даже не в том, что он в 2 раза дороже, чем в среднем по городу, а что пришлось сначала полчаса ждать водителя (при этом сотрудники отеля не знали, где он), а потом еще минут 20 разбираться платить или не платить за поездку водителю напрямую. Выяснилось, что не нужно. Включили в счет. 2. Заселение. Это просто бред!!! Прилетаю ночью. Во время оформления заселения менеджер на стойке регистрации попросил карту, чтобы с нее списали гарантийный взнос за пользование минибаром. При этом стоимость за 4 ночи гипотетического использования минибара почти соответствует стоимости самого проживания. При отказе вносить такую бронь мне предложили заселиться не в заранее забронированный номер на 9-м этаже, а в дурацкий без вида на втором. В общем спорили еще 15 минут. в результате меня пустили в номер предварительно вытащив из мини бара все бутылки. Это даже сервис для трех звездочного отеля. Это какой-то частный дом на берегу моря в забытой деревне.

Position géographique et bonne literie.

Hôtel particulièrement vieillissant. Moquette sale dans la chambre et les couloirs. Chambre très poussiéreuse. Je pense que l’établissement a reçu ses 5 étoiles il y a un long moment et n’a jamais été entretenu / rénové depuis. Personnel plutôt rude.

Das Zimmer war äußerst geräumig und strahlte eine hohe Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus. Der Service war hervorragend, und das reichhaltige Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die gemütliche und ausgezeichnete Hotelbar. Die Lage ist ideal – das Stadtzentrum und diverse Museen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso die nahegelegene Tramstation. Zudem bietet das Hotel eine geräumige Parkgarage sowie einen großen Außenparkplatz. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Gym temporarily closed for renovations, no one’s fault but it was a downer - We were however offered a free taxi ride to another hotel for free gym access. Paid parking (€15 a day outside - €20 for garage parking)
