The location, where the bus stop is just by front door, and the staff were very welcoming and nice

Unfortunately not clean at all, we had to cover the bed to sleep and we almost didn't sleep, it was only one night that we had no choice but to stay to take an early morning bus with kids to singapore. But if you can avoid this hotel please do

Towels are dirty and smelly… rooms are terribly run down… being in the city centre of the country, how can such hotel not being well keep to the standard…

At the Center of KL. Near masjid Asy-Syakirin, the Iftar Harmoni event that I attended. Many restaurants and convenient stores around. near to KL Twin Tower. All staff are approachable and friendly. Nice beautiful lobby. Reasonable room size with complete amenities.

Parking lots are a bit limited. Lucky I got parking space. I didn't take the iftar or sahur package - cannot comment on the food taste. Maybe next time. There was no lift from the underground parking to the lobby.

Near klcc and avenue k, and tapak. Theres even 7 eleven near. And all within walking distant.

Old furniture and cupboard. Dirty linen and bedsheets.

The suite room very big...suitable for family...location easy to find food...food truck,mamak and avenue k..hepi with that

The toilet bowl for suite room dont have pipe...need to use 1 or 2 bucket....need to improve about that...

Room was a bit dated

I like the atmosphere in the room, and the bed! I fell in love with the room the moment i step into the room. It also has a direct access to the pool.

The wall tiles in the bathroom seems lack of maintenance. The shower head was also broken.

Die Lobby wirkt noch recht einladend, aber die Badezimmer in einigen Zimmern gehen gar nicht! Schmutzig, Badewanne völlig zerkratzt, alter Duschvorhang, wirkte alles nicht sonderlich hygienisch. Im Zimmer roch es außerdem sehr muffig. Nach Beschwerde bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, Badezimmer war etwas besser, aber auch nicht top, der muffige Geruch war genauso wie im ersten Zimmer. Check-in hat extrem lange gedauert.

The bathrooms are in desperate need of refurbishment, other than that the rest of the room and hotel was fine. It is good to see the lobby bar open again - closed for too long and makes the place feel like a real international hotel again.

Close proximity to KLCC. Eatery is nearby.

Toilet bowl abit run down. Toilet bowl seat and cover loose. Ask for extra water bottle with additional charge.

Absolutely horrible hotel. The only thing that is good is the location. Rooms are dirty, old, have stale odour, really in need for renovation. Breakfast is overpriced, dining area dirty. Staff is unfriendly, almost rude and you feel unwelcome. You only get one towel at the pool area per room, so make sure to bring your own with you. We where four in two separate rooms so we only got two towelS. Terrible experience, no way to rest or relax, overpriced and most definitely not a four star hotel.

I requested for non smoking floor with KLCC view, the reception staff not faking it seriously. There are plenty room.in every floor for such view

Large Rooms. Very near KLCC.

Appreciate a normal shower instead of bathtub. Secondly the rooms facing the street is rather noisy. Needs a soundproof Glass panel.
