The house is really big and nice and it’s very nearby to the places that I visit
The cleanness was bad. And the neighbours are not friendly. And we never use the Wi-Fi and the tv. The WiFi was really very slow

The house very good and I have great experience with the 3 storey house, quality time with my family and I always love to come again to Penang ❤️

All the bed and pillows are like stone. Haha... The place cannot to many people n noise. Second night we have police and the pbt come. But the noice from others house also homestay. But all we have been warning to keep silent. So funny right time 11:30pm we all almost want to sleep already. But the others house noise. Next will book hotel. No more homestay at Penang. Many new rules since june2023 PBT said...

Ground floor : dining fan is nt working, we cant find the tv remote, n the light of the single room is nt working.

Just ok not convenient to stay.
1. Poor customer service by host, not helpful to solve problem. Keep asking share video when feedback issue without proper solution.
2. Wrong update for check in detail, example given wrong password twice to unlock main gate lock. Being waited more than an hour to enter the unit.
3. Didn't send anybody to assist solve problem when enter the unit.

It’s not a sea view! Totally disappointed. So many discomfort. The bathroom bowl is totally disgusting

house is old and dirty. poor facilities. leaking gas smell and we not able to unplug the gas regulator. but owner say sorry not able to help.
