From the start of my stay till the end, the staffs was always ready to assist all my needs. It was prompt and quick to attend to every single needs. Renaissance didn't have any delays in providing my requests. The service is world class. Truly left an impression on me.

They needed a deposit upon check in. They promised to return the deposit upon check out. As of now, I have yet to receive my deposit. Tried contacting them in various ways but to no avail. I will not come back here again! Where is my deposit money?? :(

The pillows too soft, not really comfortable for us. But the room really nice, pool view, spacious and very clean,

We got the connecting rooms that we requested during booking process. We could directly saw the pools from our room locations, therefore we had a wonderful experience. All the staffs are polite and accommodating to us. They even offered us free drink coupons as we need to wait longer for our room to be ready.

Long check-in process, we had to wait almost 2 hours for our room to be ready. Of course, we understood that it was school holiday period, therefore it was exceptionally crowded that day and tight overturn schedule for the room to be cleaned. Our main aim to stay there were the pools. It would be nice if the check-in staff can inform us in advanced that although we have yet to get our room, we can access the pool first while waiting for our room to be ready. It was not the case for us during that day :(

Despite the confusion during our first night, they have prepared a nice setup for me for my birthday with cake and balloons and I really appreciate that gesture. The location was also really nice because it is near train station and you can walk 10 minutes towards the Petronas towers. Our room also have a great view of the KL Tower and it is so beautiful to see at night. The room is also very clean and well maintained and it is easy to call and reach room service staff :)

We had some issues at the front desk when we arrived that night as i handed over my printed booking.com reservation and staff informed me that my booking has been cancelled which I was so shocked as I didn't really have any prior notification from the website, hence I had to pay for a new booking and settle without the breakfast as they said that the rate will be different; moreover, me and my bf had to settle for a twin room instead of a double room as they didn't have any other room available. Good thing it was only for one night as they changed our room to double the next day, but of course it was a bit inconvenient as we needed to keep our stuff in luggage, sadly we never had breakfast the whole stay and it was still a mystery to me how my booking was auto cancelled without any notice from the hotel nor from booking.com. I really hope this doesn't happen anymore. :(

Staff were polite, cheerful and attentive. Great location. Superb facilities and spacious rooms.

Breakfast was a free for all, very crowded. Not sure how the hotel could rectify it but it's not a good experience.

CK the front desk are really helpful and friendly. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Overall is nice to stay.

1. Bathroom is big but basin is too small. 2. House keeping really need to be improve. Know what they should do like folding the bathrobes not simply roll it and put on bed. Refill tissue etc.. 3. Room service are sending us those smell bathrobes with checking it.

Hotel is located at a very strategic position at the heart of the city. The location provides so much convenience. Hotel room was pretty good with a comfortable king bed and very good breakfast.

Parking charge RM10 per entry!

Lovely hotel! My second time visiting and the refurb is fab! This hotel is amazing as it has great lighting which many hotels lack these days! Breakfast and spa was really good! Definitely recommend Hotel Renaissance
