Nothing good at this hotel very bad

Very bad 👎 and low staff quality, they not helping me to finish the process.... they left me at the reception for 3 hours because of a te issue even I request from them to keep my original passport until morning and I will pay cash but they refused it and the cancelled my booking at 3:00 ,AM In Ramdan

Difficult to get parking and small size parking available in the hotel.

Looking at the hotel and the response from the staff even for parking they could not help. Its like we should avoid negative words in any industry and specially in Hospitality industry. When we asked for parking the reply from the staff was very weird like we have more rooms and less parking that was something new for the ears as we travel a lot. So we just guessed the quality of their breakfast what it would be. we had reached at 2.00 am in the night that was the only reason we stayed at that hotel or else its not worth. And we just liked the exterior of the hotel.

There was nothing to be liked. No parking, Staff not ready to cooperate even after saying that we don't know much of this place we are travelling from Saudi Arabia. In the end one of my co Traveller himself went in the parking and got a parking place. Rooms ok, Saw some lady hair in the room which meant the housekeeping is not doing their work, they gave us beautiful glasses for drinking water in the room but there was not even a single bottle of water in the room when we asked for water they said we have to order from restaurant which is again weird, after ordering some person came from some restaurant which was near the Plaza Hotel and we were arguing with him on Saudi Riyal and Dirhams and all this was happening at 03.00 am in the morning at the end he took 10 Riyals from us instead of 6 Riyals and the water deal was done. Stinky towels, Shampoo no good at all, after looking all of this we were not in a condition to take risk and have breakfast in that hotel. I forgot to take invoice so i mailed the hotel but they don't even care to reply. Very Very Very Poor Experience. I was suppose to stay for three day but that morning we just rushed to Novotel Deira. Very Bad Experience with Crystal Plaza.
