There were no heating in the room, the radiator is not working, the window was not functioning so the room is freezing cold. The front desk try their best to be helpful, they are very kind but when the whole hotel does not have heating, they are not much they can do. It's not their fault but this is hazardous to customer's health. October in Latvia without heating and the window is not properly sealed, definitely not recommended.

Please close your hotel before you fix your heating system. Please.

The hotel is spotless. Very tastefully decorated and everything looks new. The beds were very comfortable but very high! Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice and included Prosecco if you like that sort of thing. Would happily recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful.

There was nothing not to like.

The room was a great size and had good facilities. It was in a great location with easy access to major attractions and transport links. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to answer any questions we had.

Lovely hotel centrally located. Breakfast had something for everybody. Hotel has a beautiful decor and an inviting reception area.

The room (510) was extremely comfortable , with a surprise sitting room too. The staff were wonderfully friendly, helpful and efficient. The location was perfect - in the old city The breakfast was delicious, especially the smoked salmon and pancakes

The location was great, close to town Center, easy accessible. The breakfast was very good, however it was the same every day, a bit of diversity from one day to another would have been nice. The salmon and the herring were amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was as big as our room and felt very luxurious. Overall, a great stay! I would definitely come back!

The hotel was beyond our expectations for the better. Its location is ideal, very close to the old town, to attractions in the newer town. Close to malls, central market, means of transportation, shops. The room was very clean, we got clean towels and toiletries were replenished every day. Breakfast is great and rich. The staff is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended for an enjoyable holiday in the beautiful city of Riga.
