Hôtel très bien situé (5' du BTS) dans un quartier relativement calme par rapport à d'autre quartier de BKK. Chambre spacieuses, confortables avec une climatisation qui est parfaitement réglable et très peu bruyante. Superbe vue depuis les chambres. L'accès au salon est un grand plus avec Check'in au 26eme étage, gouter et apéritif et possibilité de chcek'out tardif. Nous avons préféré prendre le petit déjeuner au 2eme étage et il faut avouer qu'il est assez exceptionnel et gargantuesque.

Hôtel vieillissant, avec un parquet stratifié gris qui a fait son temps. Salle de bain peu moderne et assez triste. Piscine avec des carreaux de carrelages manquants. On est plus proche d'un standard européen Novotel qu'un Pullman. Hôtel très chère par rapport à d'autres hôtels de bangkok.

Clean rooms and bathroom. All the Staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel Roof top lounge facility, where you can have a drinks and enjoy the City view. Delicious Variety’s of Breakfast.

Old rooms need renovation. The white rooms are not so white as on the photos. Soundproof us so poor we could hear people talking from the room behind the wall and the opposite room as well. The noise from the street outside is very strong. Windows are old and again soundproof doesn’t work. I had to use the ear plugs to sleep at the night time to not hear neighbors and noisy street.

Good location and staff are great - good base for exploring Bangkok. (After a disappointing stay last time we were upgraded to a large suite for our last stay - so credit to the staff for listening to feedback and working to make sure we weee happy this time!)

Can be quite busy with tour parties, but that’s to be expecting in a busy city like Bangkok.

The location is great and the hotel has a great vibe. The view from the room was divine. The breakfast in executive lounge will disappoint you, so please have breakfast in level 2 which will amaze you.

The executive suite was okay. The amenities in the room were too old. The tv was primitive and didn't play anything. The lights were not enough. Some of the staffs (check in) and restaurant staffs were great while the concierge and the customer service staff at level 27 weren't very helpful. To every request, they asked us to call room service even when we asked them personally. Anyway, it was overall a good stay.

Staff seemed a little overwhelmed by the number of guests on the weekend. They had 2 weddings and a full hotel, which was a lot for the staff. They were friendly, they just ran out breakfast utensils and cups and spoons etc. No hairdryer or iron in the room, and then had to wait a long time for these to get to room.

Het ontbijt was super erg uitgebreid en aardig personeel die je koffie aan tafel komt brengen. Locatie ook top kleine 10 mint lopen na de BTS. En dan nog het Restaurant op het dak ja als je van lekker eten houdt kan je daar best na toe en ook een goeie service en goeie wijn met uiteraard mooi uitzicht.

Er mag wel een kleine renovatie gedaan worden aan de kamers. Ik had zelf de witte kamer gekozen maar je kan zien dat die wel aan een opknap beurt toe is. Schoon was die zeker maar niet meer zo mooi als op de foto's ..

Very comfy bed, nice big hotel with plenty of amenities.

Our bath had yellow staining and there was mouldy sealant around the sink. The price should be slightly less in my opinion

For the price, great value. Staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was awesome.

Not much negatives. The lighting in the room was kind of dark. Overall, it is an older building. So you can see the wear and tear on some items. But when I visit Bangkok again, I find it hard that I would not book Pullman G. Great location.

La ubicación del hotel en Silom Road con muchos bares, restaurantes y discotecas en sus alrededores está perfecto para gente joven. El desayuno tipo buffet era bueno y tenía una gran variedad.

Para un hotel de 5 estrellas me espero más! La entrada es muy simple. La recepción con las cortinas colgadas por detrás queda un poco cutre. El baño de nuestra habitación era muy vieja. Había manchas en algunos de los azulejos de la pared. Las llaves de la ducha tb estaban sucias y se cayó todo el rato la tapa de la llave del agua. Tuvimos que pedir al housekeeping que nos trajeran un secador de pelo porque faltaba. Nos trajeron uno con el cable roto. La piscina es muy pequeña y también se ve que es vieja. Había muy pocas tumbonas. En resumen: me espero más de un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Room was large

Sockets were not working and cresting sparks when I attempted to use them. Only one was functional in the whole room. The room was dark and the lights did not work (sockets again). The minibar empty is not welcoming. The shower gel could not be opened to get showergel for your shower. Overall I found this a very disappointing experience, the cost of the room was not justified in my view and the experience was poor.

Central location if you want to experience the best nightlife, although really busy and traffic. It's close enough to rail (even if the easiest way to experience the city is moving around by ferry), or you can find a taxi or tuk-tuk easily—less than an hour to the airport. The downstairs bar is pricy but open 24/7; the pool and facility are great. Overall my experience was good; I'll be back.

Decent and helpful staff, decent location

The facilities are not worth a 5 star hotel. The bathroom door was non-functional, the bathtub was not working. There's no bidet or health faucet.
