Hygiëne in de badkamer. Op de derde dag zou er gepoetst worden, maar enkel de handdoeken werden vervangen, er werd niet gepoetst. Schimmel in de badkamer, douchekop was echt vies.

Ausstattung Lage Frühstück Parkgarage Pool Ein sehr hochwertig ausgestattetes Hotel. Sehr ruhig, dafür dass es in Berlin Mitte liegt. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Tramm. Charite um die Ecke. Brandenburger Tor Fußläufig erreichbar.

quasi kein House Keeping vorhanden. Beim check in wurde nicht drauf hingewiesen, dass man Housekeeping bestellen muss. Hinweiskarte die angeblich im Zimmer gewesen sein soll war leider nicht vorhanden Dementsprechend haben wir dann erst am zweiten Tag für den dritten Tag den Zimmerservice beauftragt. Der Zimmerservice war schlecht. Die Betten wurden nicht richtig gemacht. Heißt es wurde noch nicht mal das Spannlaken ein wenig zurechtgezogen. Nur die Betten ein wenig aufgeschüttelt und das Kopfkissen aufgeschüttelt.... (darauf hätte ich auch verzichten können) der Zimmerservice denn wir ja gebucht hatten kam aber auch erst nach Anmahnung gegen 15 Uhr... (ohne Wagen etc. also hatte man uns quasi vergessen). Ich hatte für einen Erwachsenen und drei Kinder gebucht. Bei Ankunft waren wir nur mit einem Erwachsenen eingebucht. Nach Vorlage der Buchungsdetails von Booking hat man es dann im System doch gefunden.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. We had a small issue around one of the room payments not going through initially, but as a result of that that room was upgraded, which allowed us to do washing (which was great). Hotel itself was clean, fairly close to different modes of public transport which made walking distance less of an issue.

The general area itself is near a hospital. This isn't an issue in the rooms themselves which are very good at drowning out most of the sound but there are a lot of ambulances around the general area.

The hotel was great, the sauna facilities were as good as it gets- the only way it could have been better if there was a cold plunge. One employee was a clear standout. His name was Michael and he was one of the best hotel concierges I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He didn’t miss a beat and should be managing the Four Seasons.

There was a small amount of broken glass on the floor of our room. However, we did not bring this up to the hotel because they were so nice and were easily able to pick a few shards off the ground without making it a problem or asking for reimbursements etc.

Everything was perfect. Housekeeping was good reception staff helpful location was lovely.

The extra beds could be better they were not very comfortable. Ac could work a little better.

Really great location 15 min walk from Hauptbahnhof or 1 bus/tram stop away. There are a choice of many busses and trams at the end of the road. Nice area, clean and safe, well connected and easy to find shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always there to greet with a friendly smile too. Apartment was great, very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to cook meals and do our own laundry for the week. Luckily we had a lovely balcony area too which was a nice spot for morning breakfasts. Loved the pool and sauna area, and because of the late closing time we were able to make use of it during our stay after long days of exploring the city.

Building works nearby, but wasn’t a problem for us as we were out most of the day

Rooms are very comfortable and very well sound proofed. Great breakfast with gluten free options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very well located 10 minutes walk from central train station.

I specifically asked for a twin share and the room was set up incorrectly as a double. I ordered a pizza on the first night as it was advertised in the room and it was the worst pizza I have ever been given and was inedible.

Nice quiet comfortable apartment close to Berlin Hbf (10min walk).

Price a bit high Gym doesn't have much (mostly a few cardio machines)

Location was great and close to all public attractions, as well as public transport.

The room was not as clean as we would like, very dusty and the carpet needs replacing. The toilet would not stop running after flushing and the shower drainage did not operate properly.

A great spacious studio apartment with good facilities. Very clean and comfortable.

The location was very good. Near Reichstag and Brandenburger Tor. Facilities were good. The kitchen was well equipped (no dishwasher however). Bathroom was very clean and spacious. The pool area in the Hotel was very nice. And the staff was very friendly.

the Airco in the room, was not functioning very well, which caused the room to become rather hot. The room itself was very dusty. And although the room was big, the spirit was very gloomy because to the very dark coloured furniture and carpet.

brilliant quiet rooms in a great location. Lovely pool space. reception staff and cleaning staff were excellent. Was worried about being near a hospital but the rooms were silent.

Very convenient location and easy access to city center. Had no problems staying with our kid ana a dog (Akita Inu). Special thanks goes to very friendly staff who were there to solve a problem without any fuss.

Perfect location if you arrive at the main central station (just 10 min walk). Also walking distance from main tourist sights. Great size room for a family of 4. This hotel has very good and clean facilities. Very kind staff.

Very nice apartment in Mitte - just around the corner from the Charite Hospital, and approx 900m from the Berlin Hauptbahnhoff. Very friendly staff, great check-in experience. Well equipped little gym and a nice pool. Very well equipped apartment, includes washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Around the corner from the Tram Station.

Amazing apartments fully matching the description and claimed service level. Especially remarkable compared to similar hotels were: spacious rooms, functional kitchenette, large wardrobe, full-size bath, thorough cleaning and common wellness facilities.

Growing weariness (the trash bin drawer mechanism was broken, deep scratches on the dining table, mold in the shared sauna shower), no basic cooking stuff (like salt, pepper or plant oil).

Everything. polite staff, cleanliness and attention to detail.
