Receptionists were nice cordial and helpful. Rooms were clean. Though I didn't know we could have tap water to drink there instead receptionist offered me a 4 euro 33cl water bottles. it was a Sunday so no nearby bars or supermarkets were opened.

Simple fact. Hotel mentions facility of cycling. When I asked for that they told me take a 4 star if you want gym. When I asked for cycling they said yes you can rent one and do in Berlin. I thought she was joking but she wasn't. I wanted to say then they can write everything in the world as a facility if we have to figure it out ourselves anywhere in Berlin. I'd suggest to go the hotel in front. Premier inn. My friend was staying there. Cheaper, more facilities, nice functional sitting area and amazing receptionists as well. And the rooms seemed smaller than they mentioned.

Good locations, comfy bed, decent breakfast. wifi worked well. There is a supermarket across the street. Booked early for a great price. Overall good 👍🏻

I got a room with a view to the wall of other building (512) so no view. I found some hair in the bathroom. very dusty ventilation panel above a sink. One more pillow or a thicker one would be nice.

The hotel is super well situated easy to move everywhere with perfect connection with bus and train. The room was very clean and we have everything that we need it. Close to the hotel there are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurant around, you can easy walk around main attractions, perfect place to discover Berlin. The breakfast was a buffet with a good variety we love it. Thank you a lot

Breakfast was very good. Very nice variety of options. Bacon, eggs, sausages, pastries... A bottle of water included in the room.

The room was extremely small. The bath as well, with a fabric curtain that was sticking to my body all the time.

I had a fantastic room on the top floor so I had a great view, being able to see the sun rise and set each day was great! The room itself was the perfect size for a solo traveller, with enough bathroom/ bedroom space and the WiFi was fantastic!! Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, professional and presentable and I felt really safe here. Breakfast was great value for money and really fresh! I would 100% book another stay here. Thank you!

Although the view from the top was great, I felt a little uneasy about being able to fully open the window. I felt there could’ve been a safety feature on the windows to prevent people from opening them fully. If I’d have wanted to jump out, I easily could’ve - of course I wouldn’t but it just something to point out to the hotel.

Mouldy windows, very tiny bathroom, breakfast could be a bit better. Small TV with no Smart options.

room and hotel was all okay bed also very comformtable location was fine you can leave hotel any time you want and get in with your hotel card! Staff is very nice and always ready for you if you have any question. i would love to come back soon!

it's crowded on street in the night but you can close the windows and turn on A/C(incase you have it warm)
