Truly a lovely experience overall. The staff is great, so the overall energy of the establishment is calm and lovely with smiles all around. The food was delicious, and the pool and other facilities were relaxing and easily accessible.

The location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to communicate with the hotel and organise drivers to ubud.

As someone who has stayed in ubud four times the pool villa room is not worth the money. It was extremely disappointing to find that there was only one restaurant option at the hotel. The breakfast was very limited and disappointing and not worth the high cost to stay. The in room dining was also very disappointing with the same dish tasting different on two different nights. The spa was incredibly expensive compared to other spas we find in other resorts. There was no gym on site. The infinity pool was not manned and we couldn't ask for drinks. What you see on their socials is completely different to what you get. If you are after a resort where you stay in your room then this is for you. If you are after a resort where you would like to read a book by the pool and is more lively and entertaining this hotel is not for you.

The property was completely clean and beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing! They assist with your every need in a warm, kind way. The staff welcomes you everytime they see and remember your favorite food and drinks. I miss the staff more than anything!

really nice hotel, with nice people working there. They put everyday fresh fruits in the room. hotel has nice 2 outdoor pools. Good spa facilities as well. Good breakfast with variety of food. location is good, they have daily shuttles to Ubud Centre.

absolutely charming and so beautiful. Loved eveyrhting about this hotel, location, breakfast, villas, and the whole architecture. Staff very friendly, and the rooms were very nicely laid out. The roof deck was also great. Pools were also very good, and most importantly the friendliness of the staff. Complimentary Yoga was a great gesture, and totally worth trying. What a wonderful experience in a Balinese Village-like hotel.

They can improve so much, the shampoos, the soaps, were very light and do not work well, no conditioner provided, very few towels left for guests, and the bathrooms definitely need extraction since the toilet is open to the whole bathroom. Staff did not allow any kind of late check out which was so confusing since we checked it at 2am and needed more time and we begged for an extra hour and they did not allow us, even though we were spending a lot of money. This was not nice.

I liked how it was really clean and tidy in all of the properties. The decor of the property really showed the tradition of Bali. It was all excellent and I JUST LOVED IT!

Love the forest spa and the swing bed inside. Sudyani served really well while I was in forest spa. View of the resort is stunning and foods in dining places are good. Elsewhere, the outdoor shower place is also really impressive.

Food quality of floating breakfast needs improvement. Check in experience can be better also.
