Central London. Not far from busses/trains. Nice area.
Very poor cleaning. The room was dirty when we arrived and wasn’t cleaned properly during our stay. The toilet in the basement at the gym was disgusting.
It took 5 minutes for the water in the shower to get hot when it finally got warmer, it was so hot that it hurt. It was impossible to find a nice temperature. If we had brought small children it would have been impossible to give them a shower.

The apartment was modern and nicely decorated, it was in a good location for restaurants but felt a little out of the way to access the rest of London

- Mitarbeitende waren super freundlich, jegliche Anliegen wurden super schnell gelöst
- Zimmer war sehr groß, vor allem die „Wohnküche“ hat uns gut gefallen
- Lage war in Ordnung, man war in ca 15 min im Zentrum mit ÖPNV, welcher super funktioniert
- Auswahl beim Frühstück, es gab nicht nur das klassische „British breakfast“
- Supermarkt direkt neben dem Hotel, sollte man Wasser o.Ä. benötigen
- die Fenster konnten nicht komplett geöffnet werden, dadurch war ein Lüften kaum möglich
- Sauberkeit im Bad: Flecken in der Dusche, die nicht weggingen; Wasser in der Dusche ist super langsam abgeflossen; keine Klobürste

It was clean and staff friendly, staff overlooking breakfast was very friendly and food was good. Older African-American staff was extremely helpful and nice. She was always refilling the serving stations and always had a smile and greeted everyone. She was also being helpful to another staff by giving her advice on how to handle certain situations.
The room was very hot when we arrived as well as the next day even with the AC left in all day and blinds drawn closed. Room was smaller than we pictured. No room in the living area once sofa bed was out.

The breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from.london bridge tube station is a 10 minute walk away.Cab ride was £20 from Covent garden.
Great location to the Shard,HMS Belfast,Tower bridge and Tower of London.

Close location to the Tower. Short distance by walk to the tube. The small kitchen in the room was decisive for choosing this hotel. Very good room service and using the laundry was also a plus.
The bed was extremely small for two; the breakfast room was usually at 8:30 very packed.

What a gem of a hotel. I specifically needed this area and I couldn't have been more happy with my choice. An easy walk along quiet streets to get to the Underground and close to great places to visit and eat. The staff were very helpful and informative. The room with its kitchenette was well appointed and really clean - a super spacious space and ideal for families. It was also very quiet. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice with great pastries and very drinkable coffee.

Underground station could be closer. luckily bus leaves at the very front of the hotel.
