The staff was friendly and understanding. My room was very good, quite and comfortable, which made working easy. Very clean and nice interrior.

The restaurant had a very poor selection and a low-quality menu in the form a single piece of paper...However, the food was really good! Furthermore, Hilton charged for my room 2x, once a full room deposit + additional extras, and upon checkout, they debited the room and other costs (such as room service) without releasing the deposit. After multiple messages and calls, I needed to contact my bank to release the credit holding on the card. Won't be staying at Hilton anymore due to the confusing withholdings on my credit card. Besides this the stay was nice!

Bar closes too early for residents

Great venue for wedding reception I was attending but had to go outside the hotel to access the reception at the back of the hotel. In the rain. Not great!

They deducted my room charges and extras twice. They sorted it but then charged me again which has taken me into an unauthorised overdraft with my bank AGAIN!. Still waiting for a resolution and response to my complaint!

This hotel has STAFF = PEOPLE who assist you in everything ! Thanks Hilton The hotel is new, very friendly and helpful staff, nice room, good bed, clean bathroom, good breakfast. Price/quality is correct for London.

Good location for visiting the atmospheric South Bank. Good restaurant with food well cooked and quirky decor. Welcoming staff

The air con was blowing dust and dirt into the room and it couldn’t be switched off even from reception. My son and I found the room covered in dust when we woke up, both with a headache. The hotel management didn’t handle the situation correctly and seemed non fussed in tge face of our discomfort

Das Hilton liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend von London und dennoch zentral. Das Themse-Ufer und das London Eye ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die U-Bahn-Station Sougthwark ist auch nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Standart Zimmer und das Bad sind wirklich groß und geräumig. Man schläft sehr gut in den Betten und die Lärmisolierung bezüglich der anderen Zimmer ist gut. Das Personal war durch die Bank weg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war klasse. Das Frühstück-Buffet bot alles, was man in einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann (Frisch gepresster O-Saft, Früchte und Eier in allen Varianten, insgesamt eine große Auswahl an Möglichkeiten). Wir haben einmal Abends im Hotel gegessen und waren vom Geschmack der Speisen angetan, raffiniert und lecker. Wir würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen!

Da im Pool viele schreiende und plantschende Kinder waren, gingen wir bald wieder. Somit ist der Pool für Kinderlose nicht wirklich einladend.
