Had a hob but no oven. Would benefit even from an air frier or small oven

We arrived about midday for a show at Hyde Park, went to drop our bags off and the receptionist kindly checked us in straight away. Massive benefit, very kind and above expectation

Few small areas of the room need a little bit of paint touch up but that’s being very picky

Good cost benefit, considerable “cheap” for London prices with a very nice location and quite decent and well equipped room. The location has great connections to basically everywhere a tourist would need although is very quiet area

Minor things: Room was quite warm (was summer but around 20 degrees during the day), Bed was very small, wifi was bad. Room is cleaned every 2 days with no change of towels and sheets (which I think is ok).

Some flats are strictly better. I was lucky in as much as finish and light and comfort. Great space great stay.

Friendly staff who made me check in early and provided free Wifi access code out of courtesy! Location was excellent and close to everything walking distance nearest metro station is 7-8 mins walk. Washing/dryer machine and bath tub in the studio was the highlight of this accommodation.

Only one elevator was working for the entire building which was annoying and other elevator was broken during my stay. Wifi wasn’t stable, it drops every now and then and every-time you have to fill manually in long complicated given password over their system to stay connected.

The service I booked for 3 persons but the room and bed was prepared for 2 persons only. Bed and towels were not prepared for 3 persons. When I called the reception. I was asked to go down by myself to get the towel instead of being sent to our room. In addition the floor of our room was not clean when they came for housekeeping!

The location is great and the staff greeted us well. We arrived early so had to leave our luggage in the reception. The available parking was close by.

The cost of parking was £45 per day. There was no room service or any facility. Rooms were small and single glazed windows. Mould in windows and bath. Floor dirty. My daughter's socks got dirty from the floor as soon as she took off her shoes.

Water pressure in the shower. Not enough toilet paper. No air conditioner, no screens in the windows. Windows remained open, due to it being hot. The pictures in the ad looked like a room with two twin beds and one room with one bed.

Location was ideal for where we wanted to go . Spacious room (after upgrade). Was able to store our luggage on arrival and on the day of leaving which is an added bonus . The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was also clean and spacious. Only a 10min walk to nearest tube station.

Very noisy outside . The windows are old single glazed so any noise outside can be heard, especially the first night when a delivery was being made to the local shop at 4am . (Every day).. take your ear muffs. Would have been nice if there were signs just to remind people coming in late at night that they need to keep their voices down when walking to their rooms.

The room was clean, had what we needed for a night with kitchenette. Or could stay for week/month. Near shops.

Only one lift working, this was slow as had wheelchair.

L'albergo è situato in una zona tranquilla di Londra. Siamo dentro la zona 1 a due fermate di metro da Victoria Station. La fermata di South Kensington permette di prendere la metro gialla e quella blu con cui raggiungere tutti i principali luoghi di interesse dalla città. La stanza è piccola ma pulita e organizzata benissimo negli spazi. Sono presenti un piccolo frigo, le necessarie stoviglie per cucinare e mangiare. Una lavatrice, un microonde e due fornelli a induzione.

reception were great with dropping off our cases in the morning and storing them for us until check in. they also ordered us a taxi for departure. Staff were very helpful.

The room picture shown on booking.com does not relate in any real way to the room we were given which was indifferent and bland No attractive wallpaper as in picture, two lifts, one of which was out of use the whole of our three night stay, meaning queuing for tiny lift, so mainly used stairs to the fifth floor. Really awkward bath/shower arrangement, where it isn't possible to turn on shower or bath without getting in it, as shower screen is fixed and you can't reach over. Some rooms seem to be residential, due to noticing no junk mail stickers on doors, strong smell of cigarette smoke in hallway on our area, which I guess is from a residential apartment.

Il Chelsea Cloister è una buona struttura a south kensinghton dove ero già stata in precedenza e sono tornata volendieri. Ottima posizione, in un quartiere piacevole e facilissima da raggiungere dall'aereoporto di Heathrow con una sola linea di metro, personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Il livello pulizia è piuttosto buono per gli standard di Londra. L'appartamento che mi è stato assegnato era luminoso e ben sistemato con bagno e cucina da poco rinnovati. Il letto queen size era comodo e con biancheria nuova e di buona qualità.

Il divano letto era decisamente scomodo è preferibile affittare un appartamento con 2 camere da letto.

The room was incredibly hot and stuffy , there was no thermostat to control the temperature, as a consequence neither of us slept at all , we had to prop the door open to try to get some air

Staff were pleasant and professional. The room was clean, quiet and well equiped and the bed was comfortable. THe location wasideal for my meeting and the price very reasonable.

The room was incredibly hot even though it was not particulary warm outside. I had to put the portable fan on overnight (in March) and sleep under a sheet so I didn't sleep very well. I had to give up on the wiFi.
