The reception was warm and friendly, lots of parking near the entrance, the location and the view from the room were exceptional and we enjoyed an evening walk around the empty Headingley ground and adjacent Leeds Rhinos ground. Room spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with great bathroom and shower. Bed excellent, room quiet. All in all, excellent and would thoroughly recommend as long as you don't require restaurant or breakfast on site.

Very comfortable beds, probably more comfortable than a premier inn.

Had to ask for towels as only 1 bath sheet, phone down and they delivered another, but no hand towel. First iron they delivered didn't work, but plus points that the trainee tested the 2nd first Bedside lamp didn't work, lampshades are marked/dirty. The inner rim of the toilet was very stained/dirty. The tin was very hot, 2 small windows that did nothing, asked for a fan.

Lack of any form of cooling, fan or air conditioning

Excellent view of the cricket pitch - real bonus to open curtains every morning to see the greenery and ground-staff hard at work as well as the last day of a county match and to have Joe Root on the boundary below our room. Rooms well soundproofed not disturbed at all be neighbours. Car parking convenient and only a 10 minutes walk to Burley Park station to get train into Leeds city centre. Walk-in shower was also very good.

Lack of sockets close to bed or desk. Mirror only in Bathroom. Reasonably clean but could be even better...

Great location, great staff. It's a hospitality suite with beds in. Fabulous to walk across site and and see sporting legends going about their business.

There's no food on site but a great little cafe over the road that does breakfast.

Poor pillows ! Toilet had been used and not flushed upon arrival.
