Excellence staffs service, nice and friendly. Offers us to check in early, you can also apply IHG member for free. No issues to asked for late check out for my case. Room is excellence and comfort especially beds and more space Location is good, near river so you can see the top view and river view from your room if you book the river view (my room is city view) Plus- you can walk along the bridge to visit Museum and other attraction places, if you love to sightseeing walk, I recommended, you can visit the attraction places in Brisbane! :D

High price per night without BF

Restaurant/bar was very nice. Staff were attentive, location was very central, although I felt a little vulnerable walking to the hotel.

Very close to exhibition Centre and Southbank. The all inclusive breakky waa an added bonus and absolutely delicious.

Room, breakfast and location.

2 of the 3 elevators were out of action for the majority of our stay. Chairs in room a little uncomfortable.

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and hotel location was great. Room service breakfast was delicious!

Lift was out of order, so had to use service lift. Wasn't a big deal, but just meant it was a little longer wait for the lift.

Great buffet breakfast choice for someone who is gluten intolerant like me. Gym facilities were clean and spacious - not crammed in like some hotels. Room was clean, with plenty of amenities. The bed & pillows were also comfy. Walking distance to Queen Street Mall and The Museum/Southbank.

Not the hotels fault, but there is a lot of road work occurring in the area which could be cumbersome if you’re driving in the city for the first time.

hotel needs updating, interiors are tired, room wasn’t very clean, water and coffee not refilled when room was cleaned, odd odour in the room

The room was great with an amazing river view. Really comfy beds. A short walk to QPAC. Room service food was fantastic and delivered promptly. Nice bathroom, great AC. Lovely staff, convenient parking.
