La situation de hôtel en bord de rivière au centre ville d’Inverness est vraiment top. Le caractère de l’hôtel avec sa distillerie et ses petites ‘maisons’ annexes pour les chambres très caractéristiques . Petit déjeuner très complet.

La literie catastrophique avec un matelas à ressort bon à jeter. Mal de dos assuré au réveil en attendant la rénovation d’ici la fin de l’été. Après réclamation, le manager a assuré avec une compensation en échange, ce type de chambre ne pouvant décemment pas être réservé au même prix qu’une chambre confortable.

The staff kept leaving the emergency escape open which made our room cold!

There was no heating in our room at all and the weather was very cold. After raising it with reception they told us that due to heavy rain their heating system had been affected. Unfortunately they were unable to offer another room but made arrangements for us to stay in a nearby hotel, which to be honest was pretty grim.

Mitten in der Stadt, Zimmer mit Flussblick, das Upgrade hat sich ausgezahlt. Sehr gut beheizte Zimmer. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Gerne wieder.

Loved the location, staff were lovely when checking in and out. We were lucky to get the same room as a previous visit and it was lovely and clean.

The TV could have been bigger in the room and the remote was very old.

Great location with good dog walks very close by. Very friendly staff and excellent bar, with extensive choice of first class beers. Free parking at rear of property. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was good

Wonderful hotel, right next to the River Ness. Our room and bathroom were large, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary (and some extra amenities) for an excellent stay. We only stayed one night because we were taking a tour of the Highlands with Rabbie's, so we arrived in the evening and left in the morning after an excellent breakfast. As it was densely fog we didn't have the chance to see much but we were eager to go back and explore Inverness from the Glen Mhor Hotel where we will definitely stay again! The excellent price-quality ratio and the friendliness of the hotel team are an additional bonus!

Great city centre location, comfy bed and good facilities in the room.

Room was freezing, window was draughty and the blind didn't stop the draught. No curtains and the blind wouldn't shut properly so the light from the window was obvious and not very private. Also the main door of the accommodation block didn't shut properly and as my room was adjacent to the front door there was a draught from this also The shower didn't drain properly so overflowed when in use.

Central and has all the facilities we needed. Friendly staff accommodating us. Breakfast was good and fresh. Room had a seating area and a huge extra king size bed.

Bathroom smaller but adequate. Towels quite small. Stairs to the room and no lift.

Location was great. Not much view, but then it's winter anyway. Really happy with everything. But nothing outstanding.

Photos didn't do this justice - Very central, but quiet as right on the riverfront, amazing hotel, restaurant and distillery (great beer and whisky). Breakfast was incredible (dogs were allowed in the restaurant also). Would definitely stay here again!

The room was lovely but lacking a mirror in the room, only mirror was in bathroom not very handy when steamed up after a shower.

We arrived for check in first our river view room and was given room that didn’t have river view all we could see was bushes and trees, 2nd room given was very cold heating not working and wardrobe full of bedding 3rd room heating was not great but shower in the morning was scalding we could not regulate this as it was broken.

Quiet, cosy comfortable room. Great location. And for the price I paid, really can’t complain.

Staff all very friendly. Food was top tier, lots of choice. Enjoyed the buffet selection, no restrictions on how much food was added to your plate.

We got twin beds joined together instead of a double bed. Not the most comfortable night's sleep.
