Clean, spacious and quiet room, comfortable bed, there was everything we needed. Nice, welcoming staff. A lot of parking space outside, and a good breakfast. Thank you

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, Breakfast is buffet style and all you can eat. good choice of continental and cooked breakfast. There is a kettle in the rooms but you can get a fancier coffee anytime from the coffee machine in the breakfast area. There is a microwave available if you need to heat up your own food.

Perhaps some additional disabled spaces. We arrived very late and had to park a bit a way from the door.

My bed smelled of cigarette smoke. Very unhygienic and disappointing.

It was very cold and my room heating wasn't working. I asked at reception and one of the girls came to the room and reset the bluetooth controlled system and it worked perfectly. The room was cozy with tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was hot and powerful. The buffet breakfast was really good and started at 6.30 am.

I did have a snorer in the next room but thankfully his wife smacked him in the middle of the night

Staff were very friendly. The room had lots of space which was great! The bed was very comfortable and cosy. The bathroom was nice and loved the hand soap with the shower soap and shampoo. Breakfast was perfect, a lot to choose from! Better than any other hotel we have stayed in! Loved how close the hotel was to the shops!

The shops/amenities surrounding the hotel were fantastic.

Hotel was 28 C all night and the windows didn’t open. Booking.com said that the hotel has Air Conditioning and based on our prior stays at Holiday Inn Expresses, I believed it would be true. However, this hotel only had AC in the lobby and remained boiling in the rooms. The rooms window couldn’t open due to safety concerns either and they had no fans for checkout. The bed was incredibly springy and firm, which made my partner and myself wake up each time the other moved. 3/10.

Very efficient and friendly staff, breakfast staff were well organised, friendly and kept everything topped up quickly. Liked the location, just a short walk to retail shops and buses A very comfortable stay, helpful with our needs as wheelchair user .
