Location was good. Easy access to beach and restaurants. Easy to come and go

Paid extra for the premium two bed room apartment. Really was nothing like the photos, did not have a bath, main room was a double bed (not even a queen) and extremely uncomfortable, no toilet paper when we arrived, large dead moth on kitchen window sill. Was only notified one week before we arrived that indoor pool and sauna under repairs and could not be used (should of been notified at time of booking stay).

Great location - close to shops, restaurants and beach! I had an ocean view apartment and the view was fantastic. The apartments were very spacious.

Unfortunately the indoor pool and spa area was under renovation, so was unable to enjoy those facilities.

Location is great, close to beach, restaurants, Pacific Fair etc.

This was 3rd time we’ve stayed this year, this time our room faced south so was cold and the carpet wasn’t dirty but felt bit icky.

Great location and staff.

The gym was lacking equipment

The call that I got from reception on my last day asking me 30 minutes before the check-out time whether I had checked out already. Thanks for the unnecessary and inconsiderate pressure call!

The location of Ultiqa Beach Haven is magnificent. Close to the beach close to the main shopping precent in Broadbeach, close to many many restaurants and easteries. The facilities along with the car park are great . There are two pool areas, with two tennis courts and a cosy sized gym available for all tenants to use. We used the bigger pool on the west side of the building and it was lovely, full of kids, but lovely none the less. The gym had some excellent machines for us to use and all worked very well. The View from the room was absolutely wonderful. To wake up early in the morning go for a quick walk along the beach, come back and have breakfast on the balcony overlookling the ocean was extremely special. We watched the 8PM and Midnnight new years fireworks from the balcony and it was like having front row seats to a show. Very very special.

The indoor pool area is still not completed and I thought this would've been finished by this last visit. We stayed in June of '23, then again in Nov '23 and now in January '24 and it still wasn't completed. Thew room doesn't get cleaned or serviced every day. Last time we stayed it was cleaned approximately a couple of times out of 5 days. This time we stayed for 9 days, but it was cleaned on the 8th day. I expected it to be cleaned at least once every few days...

The location was amazing!

When we first arrived the rooms cleanliness was disgusting (apartment 1D)🤮 sand all over the couch, took my shoes off and all I could feel was crap under my bare feet…. Swept the floor and there was pubes, long dark hair and toe nails in the pile! Bathroom groat was all moldy, roof was moldy, soap dispenser in the shower was held on with duck tap and all the sheets had dust all over them. 95% of the faucets in the apartment were all leaking which is a terrible waste of water and all the cupboards are all falling apart and all the testing tags on the appliances expired in 2020!
