Location, view and the spacious room.
The windows and doors that whistle from the wind, the mould in the showers, the washing machine that didn't work, and on our last day we had to wait in reception to find another someone that we could use their washing machine because I had no clothes to wear. This ruined our last day as we had plan for the morning before we left.

Excellent location, short walk to beach and Cavill mall, tram station close by. Huge, comfortable apartment and great price. Indian restaurant downstairs with the BEST naan we’ve ever eaten.
A little cold at night, extra blankets would have been nice.

Good location & views, the pool/spa areas were lovely. Had a great feed from the Indian restaurant downstairs too.
Not clean enough & very sparsely furnished, could do with some comforts like rugs & cushions
The ensuite shower was unclean.
Ceiling fan in main bedroom not working, & a pedestal fan instead, leaking fridge, the outside door handles falling off. This place needs maintenance & a good clean.

Some significant cleanliness issues (a plastic syringe was left on our bedside table, unclean crockery, mouldy shower, what looked to be a condom attached to one of fire sprinklers...)
Air conditioning also did not work.

Emplacement génial. Central sans être trop proche de la zone piétonne de Surfers et de ses nuisances sonores. Appartement d’une belle surface. Un restaurant indien délicieux dans la résidence. Parking inclus gratuit (un vrai plus en centre ville). Des équipements extérieurs très sympas (piscine, spa, tennis et BBQ).
L’appartement est très vieillot avec des équipements très usés voir délabrés (meubles sdb). La moquette est tachée à de nombreux endroits. Les salles de bains sont à refaire. Un appartement qui aurait bien besoin d’une bonne rénovation.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, great aircon except one unit wasn’t too cold but still 2/3 units worked well!
There was only 1 couch which was strange since there was 3 beds, the aircon in the master didn’t get too cold but it was ok!

The views of the apartment were amazing and the location was superb!, they have a hot tub and an indoor pool (temperate)
I really didn't like to take the bins out, it was a good price but I feel the price should include someone taking the bins out (but I also need to say this has happened to us in other accommodations recently)

Great apartment, close to everything. Amazing ocean and river view. Very spacious.

The spacious beautiful apartment, the massive verandah with magnificent views, so close to cavil Avenue and markets and tram and skyview. Indoor pool was amazing. The water filter was an added bonus. Everything was perfect!

The balcony
The beds won’t that comfortable and that is not air conditioning in the bedrooms only fans and the kitchen pans, pots is rusted and plates, the cutlery were dirty.
