The amazing staff catering to our booking requirements and the awesome food from the Cafe the barramundi and chips was amazing and the bacon and egg burger phenomenal, my compliments to the chef!

Additional bed was sofa bed which was really bad.. could have been a better mattress or setup. Was uncomfortable to sleep. Had back pain. Should offer cleaning once every alternate day instead of charging for it.

Everything was perfect with this place. Clean, great view, good value, within walking distance to food, activities and beach. Staff where great and being a special occasion they added some extra special touches. Appreciated!! We will be back

Unfortunately some of the properties across the road brought it down. Appreciate that there’s no much can be done about that.

The rapartment was clean.

When we checked in we were asked about our financial situation and strongly encouraged to attend a meeting. There was a chair missing from the dining room setting and an outdoor chair was substituted, leaving one chair on the balcony. It was a 2 bedroom apartment but there was only seating for 3 people in the lounge area. The tiles in the entry and kitchen were cracked. The drier was crookedly hanging on the laundry wall. The power points were crooked. The apartment was not well sound proofed considering we were adjacent to the light rail tracks and so we did not sleep well. A very poor apartment for the price we paid in Surfers Paradise.

The location is good, close to shop and everything. Values for money.

Bed is spacious, but a lots of small hair and a bit itchy. We have to buy the roller to roll it ourselves because staff said they only do sheet change every 6days?! Also, you can only use TV if you're member, otherwise you can only watch preview.

Excellent location for transport and surfers attractions

Room this time was not cleaned well and had to be redone after our arrival. The room itself looked a bit tired and also the bed is of poor quality

It was easy walking into the center of Surfers, there was a train stop just along form where we were. The room was spacious. The pool and spa area were lovely.

We were on the 2nd floor and heard the tram every 15 minutes from 0500 until late at night as well as people on the street, it was very noisy. If booking I would suggest asking for a room 4th floor and above. We hated the hard sell on time share when we got there, we were offered a complementary wine or beer before getting our keys and then 20 minutes of them trying to get us to go to a time share presentation the following morning at 0800.

Good location. Good price. Had a corner apartment with lots of space. Hand fed lorikeets from the balcony. Free drink on arrival.

Pool was a bit average and the initial introduction was quite full on. They tried getting us to go to some kind of seminar to get a free dinner when we just wanted to go to our room.

could use more artwork, there’s not much more than a pool there, there’s an odd smell in the foyers, one lift is noisy and a little scary

Location, amenities, cleanliness, parking, security and staff. Some staff need to smile and make eye contact when speaking to you but other staff were ultra helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean but slightly outdated.

Having to take trash out when the trash room is only open between 8am-8pm. Early morning flights make it difficult. Perhaps if we can have the trash bag ready in the room by the door or something. Checking out was also the same due to time. If there is a box for express check out in the car basements so we can still use the key card to access the car park. Lucky the security man was around to assist us otherwise very stressful.
