Location is awesome.

A bit noisy with wind draft from surrounding buildings and street noise. But not too bad.

Location was fantastic, walking distance to everything. Bed was comfortable. Has a carpark.

Reception staff didn't explain everything. Air conditioner was not working which meant a very humid environment. We tried everything to get it working but couldn't, reception had left before we found out. When we woke up in the morning there was water all over the floor, found out the fridge wasn't on either. Found the switch for the fridge in an obscure location and turned it on, suddenly we have air conditioning. It was too late, we were leaving! Taps in the bathroom have lime deposits on them.

Great location, easy to book, check in and check out. We only needed one night, so it suited our purposes perfectly.

It's is tired and the room wasn't very clean.

I like ground floor appartments & pool views . Poor was nice bed clean & comfortable great tv air con great bathroom , good kitchen staff great 😀

Spa was not working they are trying to fix the problem 🤞

The manager sent me 3 messages. One was a picture of his back. The next text message was a smirky face emoji. The next text message was a message saying emphasizing an image. I flew in late and after receiving those text messages did not feel safe to stay there alone as a young women. I had no choice as the first night I arrived to the Gold Coast late. Upon entry the hallway smelt of smoke like an old pub. The room had no aircon and the mattress feels like its been there since they first opened. I could feel every spring pressing into my back. I could also hear every single noise coming from the next apartments it sounded like they were opening my door. I didn't sleep at all and requested a refund. The manager called me the next day to ask why I cancelled and i told him i didnt feel comfortable after the messages he sent me and he said all 3 text were a butt dial... he did not seem to care at all. And I did not get a refund.

Location was awesome, staff were friendly and pool was great.

Need to provide more basics for a week stay - more than 1 small pkt washing liquid for machine etc.
