Eles bateram meu carro alugado pela avis, o qual me prometeram a restituição dos danos, porém não foi feita. Me alegaram que tinham um seguro, porém ninguém sabe me informar como quando serei restituído.

Everything in the hotel was high standard and location is excellent right next to Oriental Lisboa train station. The staff where excellent I really enjoyed my time..

It could have been slightly less expensive for room service etc in my opinion but maybe I'm wrong

On arrival our room was not suitable. There had been many flight cancellations and, as our own flight had been delayed resulting in our late arrival, our room had been given away. I think the hotel had assumed that we were two adults and two children but we were actually too mothers with two grown-up daughters travelling as a four. We needed a quadruple room (which is what we had booked) but on being shown to our room there were insufficient beds for four adults. The problem was discussed and we were moved to another room which, although slept all four of us, was not appropriate for a party our size. We were advised the next day that we were being moved to a larger room and were compensated by complementary breakfast also. We cannot fault the service that we received after the initial problem.

If wanting to stay on the old cobbled streets and pictures you see online, this hotel is not in 'old' Lisbon. It is, however, only a short metro or Uber ride away.

For a one-night stay, it was excellent, especially with its convenient location right across from the train station. The staff were very polite, and the facilities were in good condition. Having a mall and several restaurants nearby was also a big plus, making it easy to find things to do.

The bed was way too soft for how we would like it, but that could have just been our prefrence. Also, the room size is pretty small.

La habitación es súper pequeña, el baño es ... digamos una caja de cerillas donde en el lavamanos, el secador el espejo de aumento, etc.. se amontona uno encima del otro. Colchón horrible! blando, demasiado blando, parece que la cama fuera viejísima. Limpieza, no estaba limpio. se nota la dejadez de la limpieza, en la mesa, paredes, armario, etc... es un hotel de 80@/ noche y te están cobrando 500!

Un poco retirado del centro pero muy buen servicio de transporte y en el hotel

Convenient location, Nice clean updated rooms. Love the bathrooms.
