Location is great and the room was okay. Definitely good enough for it's price.

Reception staff seemed to hate their job. No eye contact and barely the necessary words spoken. Sounds from room next door were clear enough to hear normal conversation and every step.

Very comfortable beds. Central location near metro ,supermarket,restaurants and beautiful sights.

We picked this hotel for the location.

The room we received did not fully match to the room pictures and what we expected. We wanted 3 twins and received 2 twins and a pull out bed which kept collapsing when moved to make a wider path to the bathroom and front door. In addition the bedroom had a opening, no door, no curtain to close to have privacy. The bathroom was tiny even by NYC standards and again, we did not have the slightly more updated bathrooms pictured on your site.

Location is perfect

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were very affordable. staff was helpful.

The rooms were a little worn down by we spent little time there so it was ok.

Location was superb. Next door to a supermarket with everything that you might need. Easily accessible with many restaurants and attractions on your doorstep.

The bathroom was very very very small with a lingering drain smell. The room is not so spacious as on the photos. Quite noisy but we were made aware of this before we booked the room. The one receptionist was of no service and extremely rude. The coffee machine was out of milk and without being aware of it wasted 3 euros. Asked reception to fix the eproblem and for a refund but sadly the gentleman was rude and of no help whatsoever. Luckily the other receptionist on duty the following day sorted out the problem. Reception can definitely try to make an effort to inform guests of nearby attractions, transport and the general housekeeping information of the property. A city map will most definitely be very helpful. A new set of pillows will also be welcoming.

Our room had a big leak overnight (it was raining lots in Lisbon) and had to move rooms at 5am. Another person with the same issue was at reception when i complained. Staff were friendly and moved to another room quickly, but the leak shouldn’t have happened!

Good hotel

the location. few feet away from Rossio Square

1st night, we found something crawling in our bed. looks like bed bugs but since no other room available to move and it was already 1am. we remove all sheets and bed cover and ask for new ones and had the light on all night. thank god when we woke up no bites. for compensation they gave us free breakfast. room is too small for 3 people. not enough space for your luggages.

I didn’t try the breakfast in the hotel. The location is great! It’s so convenience and nearby has metro, bus and train stations. Also, the supermarkets are very closed to the hotel.

Breakfast is the worst I ever had. Omlet and sausages were disgusting, selection of alternatives was extremelly poor.

The location is perfect. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. Right in the middle of everything.

The bathroom is extremely small. You can barely fit into the tiny shower and there is no space to use the sink comfortably. The room had no remote for the tv. The continental breakfast is not worth the price.
