The room had a great view to the see. Hotel very close to the beach. The staff was well trained and willing to help.

The breakfast was tasteless in general. I found 102,00 NIS to be very expensive. The pool is awesome, but be careful because it is a little deep (nearly 1.7 m I would say). Some guests pick up more than one towel and seat, which leaves other guests without. I believe the lifeguard could be in charge of controlling that instead of being in his mobile phone all the time. The address of the property provided in Booking website (78 Hayarkon st.) has no place to park the taxi. The correct address should be 5 Shalom Alechem st. We had 6 luggages and a baby to carry, so the arrival was quite troublesome - the taxi left us in the entrance of the garage and we had to carry everything by ourselves until the entrance of the hotel (around 200m from the garage). No big deal, but we expected the entrance to be more comfortable for such a high standard hotel.

The staff, location and everything about it was wonderful. It was first time in tel aviv and I couldn't be happier with thus accommodation. The pool views are phenomenal and it's central location makes it perfect! Highly recommend staying here

Pool area is not run properly, people leave towels all day and then others can't get loungers...also people smoke and no one tells them it's forbidden..needs to be run much better....

The size of the room was perfectly adequate for a couple; the shower was spacious and had excellent water pressure. The swimming pool on the roof was small-ish, but the view was breathtaking. The location is great, as there's a wonderful beach just across the road!

The bathroom is not entirely insulated and properly separated from the bedroom. I would have preferred to have a proper wall between the bed and the toilet.

Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly

The hotel itself its nice, the room are quite big, probably depends on the category. The pool area is space limited, I can imagine when the hotel is fully booked, not finding a space. The gym is poor, not legitimate for a 4 star hotel!! Unfortunately the area of the entrance of the hotel is a rundown are, not nice at all for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was medium, friendly staff, but it was a basement room, no windows and quite tight, once again not legitimate for a 4 star hotel.

Room was good, basic in design and finish for a high end hotel, really clean and very comfortable. Female reception staff were lovely, breakfast was really good.

Male staff were helpful to the point of being useless. Just sat on their mobile phones, chatting, or giving one word answers to any question asked. Basically they were really rude.

This hotel is an amazing place to spent time. Full of great things..Excellent staff, great views, amazing swimming pool and the breakfast out of this world!! Superb in all areas..🥳💕

Room was comfortable. Position is excellent. Breakfast needs improvement.

Railings in bathroom and shower were either loose or broken. This need to be attended to. A working table with chair would have also been useful
