The location of the hotel was perfect , you can go everywhere on foot, the breakfast was amazing and you can use the sauna and the gym for free. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was no noise from the street.

In the breakfast, there was no cappuccino or latte, just simple coffee because it was a 4-star hotel, I believe they should have more options as far as it regards the coffee.

Excellent location - close to the city centre and Viking Ferry terminal. Staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable and a good size, and the buffet breakfast was of a very high standard.

It was not too far from the city center and a tram station was only 300m away from the back door.

The room has a small view-sight on some water and a big one on old storage compound. There were no slippers and the TV was not in front of the bed due to the e configuration of the room which was like a corridor. The buffet was so-so and not in accordance with the room-price.

It was quite warm in the room, and I couldn't get fresh air during the night, because the window could be opened just a little bit and there was no ventilation in the room. There was no way to reduce the air temperature in the room. So it was difficult to sleep. All soap and shampoo bottles in the bathroom and by the sink were empty. The lamp near the ball was broken.

La salle de sport est assez vieillotte. Les chambre sont de taille raisonnable mais très peu de lumière (petite fenêtre). Le petit déjeuner très moyen.

rooms way too stuffy and hot - unable to open a window for air (had to get a fan !! In Feb!!) took our mugs every day and didnt replace them

Alles war zu meiner Zufriedenheit, bei Fahrten nach Helsinki bevorzuge ich seit Jahren dieses Hotel

Es war ein großes und reichhaltiges Buffet.

Der Raum der Parkplätze isr ziemlich eng, aber es liegt an dem Alter des Hotels. Des Weiteren ist mein Auto sehr groß, was ich nur ändern kann.

A few steps from the waterfront and the town. A lovely warm and welcoming hotel. Helpful and friendly staff, Cosy room with comfy bed. Bar staff were friendly and the bar area was beautifully lit. A lovely breakfast each morning .

El desayuno es muy completo y todo estaba riquísimo. Las habitaciones geniales y con mucho espacio.

Breakfast was exceptional.

Check in was painfully slow. The line stretched all the way to the bar. We couldn’t put the lights on in our room. A small sign explaining that you need to put your room key in a slot by the door would make a big difference.

Worn out, unclean room, especially bathroom would need better cleaning and even renovation

The room allocated to us was not satisfactory - on the 6th floor with a very small window. we went back to reception and the receptionist went to a deal of trouble to relocate us to another room (even though the new room had not yet been vacated). Very good service. The breakfast was excellent. I like the idea that the staff publish the amount of waste per person from the previous days breakfast. I am always appalled by the amount of food people leave on their plates at breakfast.

Glad we were able to be moved from the room with the small window.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, we had no problem leaving our bags at the hotel before check-in, they answered our questions and was helpful providing information. Onle checking-in everything was explained in detail. The breakfast had variety of choice, from savoury to sweet food, and long hours for breakfast. Room was cosy and shower was comfortable and clean. The sound isolation seemed pretty good, we couldn't hear any neighbours.

The room had pretty small windows, thefore not a lot of natural light and not the most marvellous view. The beds were comfy when sleeping, but while trying to if someone turned over the whole mattress shaked, might be difficult for light sleepers.

1. View from the room was very bad - an adjoining construction site 2. No kettle in our room. Apparently this is reserved for better room categories (this is a first) 3. Our room description included a bathtub but there was none
