Floor tiles throughout looked old fashioned and a little dingy in appeal Though still in good condition and kept clean In my room 207 there is a build up of grime at bottom of walls probably from mop when floor is cleaned. Could be avoided if cleaning agent was sprayed and wiped after floor is mopped Noted only one deli next door, without adequate fresh fruits supply. Perhaps make a mixed fruit bowl offer if ordered from guest a day or two in advance could be added choice.

Excellent location, large variety of breakfast options and restaurants. Very friendly and approachable people. Great location, beach just across the road. Excellent bus service that runs every half hour. Hotel staff very helpful and eager to please.

i especially appreciated the hospitality of the Brazilian couple at the reception

The location is excellent, right in the middle of Palm Cove. Very spacious room with good aircon and fan. Nice pool but a little chilly in June.

It was very noisy with cleaners every morning very early. We were right by the lifts so they were noisy from early too. The main problem was the pool area. The pool needed a vacuum and there is (what must be) a very large apartment in that area. There was a family with 7 children staying there and it made it very noisy and felt like the pool was theirs rather than communal. A sign said that children must be monitored at all times, but they definitely weren't. The spa was closed the day after we arrived, probably because all of the children were playing in there. Not really the hotel's fault but kind of spoiled our stay.

Great value for money! Clean and nice facilities with all the basics you need, perfect location (right in front of the water, next to restaurants etc) and felt cared for by the friendly staff. Overall great experience

Small carpark that fills quick, had to park out the street however there's free parking if you find a spot :)

This hotel is really amazing, across the street from the patrolled beach, right next door to restaurants, take away shops, cafes, supermarket, so the position is unbeatable. The facilities are great, the pool is amazing, there is a coin laundry as well which for us was so handy since we're travelling with a baby. The apartment was spacious and well organised. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful!

A towel and some sheets were not clean but they changed them for us straight away.
