Very dirty Clothes dryer doesn’t work. We washed clothes and had to take it to laundromat to dry. Tv has lines thru it and you can’t watch it Fan in 2nd bedroom doesn’t work and room isn’t air conditioned. Robe bumper strip is laying on the robe floor

Close to everything in the city, you are left with freedom to enjoy your time at this place. Convenience to food, pubs, city night life but still feel you have your own place for a night in the city. Safe walking anywhere tomand from the apartment,which are spacey.

Place didn’t look like the pictures, a little dated but tidy and matched the price. Excellent position to anywhere in the city. Staff were surly and you need to get there early as check in closes about 3-330 pm.

The television kept saying ‘wrong format’ yet you could hear the channels, just not watch them

The location was close by the main attractions in the city so Ubers were affordable most of the time.

The property wasn’t very nice. It was dirty and the walls had terrible paint and marks. The dishes in the kitchen were all dirty and all facilities (pool, gym, e.c.t) were closed but yet the cost of the room was still higher than others. The pictures shown online weren’t even of our room and there was never any staff downstairs to help

What breakfast? Never received breakfast

Everything the beds had all urine on them the tv was outdated

2nd toilet not working. Light globes in bedrooms not working. Cups were stained so we didn’t have a tea/coffee we were looking forward to having once we arrived after a long air flight . Table was not wiped clean - or a dirty cloth was used.

Wasn’t very clean. Black hair was everywhere.

The location was perfect for our trip.

Reception was never open. The couches smelt like they’d never been cleaned. Half the cutlery was bent out of shape.

Location, comfy bed but not enough to make up for false advertising (images and amenities listed do not match property and were damaged hooks hanging out the wall over bed).

Not as advertised, images, quality and amenities listed NOT what property is actually like. There was damage to the walls with hooks for the bed head that was torn off the wall and removed but the hooks still hanging out and a hazard above a bed, disgustingly dusty and unclean, neither property or booking.com have helped rectify this, although have admitted this is the case.

The room apartment was not very clean.

found crisps on floor and couches were not clean. issue with plumbing, both bathrooms smelling of sewage tumble dryer not working and iron was found in the washing basket in water

The location was great, easy access to areas of Brisbane. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the unit was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately, the unit was not even close to the property photos. The unit we had was quite small, very tired and knocked about, in desperate need of a refresh. The quality of unit for the money was disappointing

The close proximity to our meeting venue and central station was a plus!

The sofa looked like it’s seen a lot in its days but not a drama.

The pool was closed, outside was very run down and dangerous ,we found our room dirty from other people. we found a nitrous oxide bulb under the couch. we told reception but just apologised.
