Amazing hotel, clean, really comfortable.

Only location felt unsafe, bad neighbourhood.

L'acceuil, la chambre avec une petite table. LE petit déjeuner.

Le bruit la nuit. Les fenetres ne sont pas insonorisées. LE bruit extérieures est très présent.

Proximité avec lieu de travail. Dispo du personnel. Commodités.

Mauvaise isolation vis à vis de l'extérieur malgré vérif de fermeture de la fenêtre.

Chambre coté rue très bruyante. L'été pas de climatisation, donc c'est le choix entre souffrir de la chaleur ou ne pas dormir à cause du bruit de la circulation. Le ventilateur n'a pas été d'un grand secours. environnement peu rassurant à la sortie du métro

Noises from the street Neighborhood make you feel unsafe

lit très confortable. Placer sur ligne de métro bien desservie au besoin + à côté du parc de la Villette parfait pour mes rdv pros.

Impossible de fermer la baignoire pour prendre un bain + cheveux dans le sifon. L'alarme à incendie qui se déclenche à 6h du mat et une coupure d'eau de 15h à 17h sans avoir été prévenue.

The room was a good size

We arrived during a heat wave and the room was very hot. At night we had to choose between keeping the window closed to block out the loud traffic noise or opening it to get some cooler air

The location of the Hotel is good. Just 170-100m to Metro station. The facilities are OK with all basic equipment of a flat. You can walk 5 mins to supermarket and prepare your food yourselves. The light into room is good because there are 6 windows (4 for room and 2 for bathroom).

This is the cleanness. The drain line from the sink in the kitchen and bathroom areas is blocked, causing the water to drain very slowly. There are many homeless people around and making you feel insecure when you come back the flat late at night.

Very nice staff and helpful but the area is very very noisy even with closed windows we could heard all the noise that came from the street. Otherwise the place is ok for a night or two.

location - it was easy get to centre of city by metro within 30min. Easy access to Gare du Nord. In room available small kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet.

Room was very small - I was looking for place for 4 people and this room was advertising as place for 4 people. However that was perfect room for 2 people. In bedroom was bed and nothing else can fit. In "leaving" room was sofa which in the night time was taking the whole space. Closet doors were broken so we couldn't use the whole space. During our 4 day stay we didn't have any room service and additionally in the hotel on our floor there was some construction works done so during day we have drill and hammer sound.

Paris is indeed very expensive, but this hotel is not worth it. I´ll try an Airbnb instead next time. The room is very small, there is no space for 4 people, not even for 2. The bed is too small, and the sofa bed is in poor condition, the mattress is terrible, my back hurt after spending the night there. The only reason I gave two stars is because of the staff which was very nice.

The staff was very friendly, helpfull and answered all my quetions. I liked the short distance to the metro, you can go anywhere within 5 to 10 minutes. There a some nice supermarkets in the neighbourhood what makes your stay there very comfortable. I loved the nice and complete breakfast. No problem to have a breakfast for 30-60 minutes. To have your one kitchen in your room is perfect.

Altough there is a metro right at the door the time to reach the centre is still around 30min

It was near to the metro station and also close to many restaurants.

The room was very dirty and also the bathroom was not bearable. The towels were really dirty and we could not use them. The building was a bit old and we had some problems like bathroom wells were stuck and it was so disgusting that we couldn't even take a shower. There was not enough toilet paper and they weren't a bit generous to put toilet paper in the room and every night guests should go to the reception to take a toilet paper :D which was very embarrassing as they said only one paper for each night :) and because it was late at night I could not find an open store so I had to refer them. And now after check out, they sent me another invoice for electric payment. I don't know what is it!! because I never received another bill after checkout from a hotel which is really weird. Free wifi was available but It was too slow ...
