Les ascenseurs sont à revoir (pourquoi s’arrêtent ils toujours au 0 même si on va au -1?).
Pour le petit déjeuner, peut être mettre plus de salé (bacon…)

Great location - only a 5 min walk to the centre / 10 mins to the lake and the main restaurants. We read other reviews complaining about the location but I really don’t understand why you’d complain about the location!!
Right next to a good underground car park which was c€12 for 24 hours which we thought was reasonable. (The hotel car parking spaces were full).
The room was fairly compact but fine for the 4 of us for 2 nights - 2 adults / 2 kids on pull out beds which they found comfortable. There is a useful divider that you can pull across to separate the adults / kids sleeping areas.
We didn’t use the hob etc but looked fine.
Breakfast was good - small spread but had everything we wanted and the football table and big connect 4 etc went down well with the kids.
Having the toilet separate to the bathroom with no sink in there is slightly strange but not a big deal.

Il fatto di poter avere un parcheggio coperto e protetto da codice è molto utile. C'è da pagare per accedere, ma il prezzo è sicuramente inferiore rispetto a quello che si pagherebbe parcheggiando l'auto all'esterno.
La colazione è ottima, molto varia, con numerosi prodotti sia dolci che salati.
E' presente un distributore dell'acqua vicino alla reception che permette di riempire borracce e bottiglie quando si vuole, evitando così di acquistare acqua altrove.
L'appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale.
La posizione è buona, a una decina di minuti dal centro storico e vicino ad alcuni supermercati.
Il wc si trova separato e in un vano diverso rispetto agli altri sanitari, che sono invece adiacenti alla camera. Questo risulta un po' scomodo, poiché per lavarsi le mani bisogna spostarsi in un'altra stanza, ma è comunque una pecca quasi irrilevante.

3 persoonskamer is een kamer met een bedbank, dit staat niet vermeld. Bed moest zelf op gemaakt worden.
Ondanks dat de kamer voor 3 personen gereserveerd was, was deze toegericht op 2 personen: handdoeken, servies etc.

Tesis merkeze yakın. Çocuklar langırt olmasından ve sıcak içeceklerin ücretsiz olmasından çok memnun kaldılar. 3 çocuklu bir aile olduğumuz için bu Aparthotel de cok rahat ettik.
Mutfaktaki havalandırma sürekli çalışıyor ve ses yapıyordu. Alt katta yatan için rahatsız bir durum oldu. Havalandırmayı kapayınca ısıtma da kapandı. Otelin koridorunda sıkılmış olan oda parfümü çok rahatsız etti, sanirim tam giriş yaptığımız anda sıkılmıştı. Daha sonra bu kadar yoğun koku olmadı.

It doesn’t have an electric charging station at garage.

The friendly staff and its location
That the apartment stairs is steep and narrow and this wasn’t mentioned or pic provided in the app while booking, also the bathrooms were small and the bathtub and the sink were in different room than the toilet chair . Which is inconvenient

Air conditioning in the room was weak.
Breakfast did not include omelettes or scrambled eggs which was a bit disappointing.

Location is close enough to walk to lake Annecy.Its like 10 to 15 mins walk.Breakfast is offered for 15 Euros per person.we didn't take it. Parking fee extra.Its a 2 story apt.
Showers and toilets are in different places. Standing Shower glass door didn't close properly. Water spilled out of the shower.

The hotel entrance is quite tricky to find if you are driving via sat nav and upon our arrival the intercom from the busy car park barrier to the hotel reception wasn’t working. Although the hotel room advertises cooking amenities, they are extremely limited and the kitchenette is very small, as is the hotel room generally, only really comfortable for a few nights stay

Location was perfect for access to the city centre. Large studio apartment with all necessary kitchen equipment, although it lacked sufficient towels for the number of guests staying in the apartment.
No clear signs for the hotel or the parking for the hotel. Code for car park not provided on confirmation, neither was the telecom to speak to reception working at the entrance to the car park. Drove round for at leat 45 minutes before we were able to find a parking space near the hotel in order for someone to run into the hotel and ask reception for the code to access underground parking. Better signage is key to giving guests with a car a stress free stay. Parking is 13euro per day

Easy check in and check out, staff was nice and reactive. Kitchen fully equipped, they also give us a Nespresso coffee machine for our apartment. Free additional bed for our baby, nice common area with toys, books, board games, free water (also sparkling!), cool apartment with modern furniture and modern TV, wifi works well, close to the station (3 minutes walking) and the city center (10 minutes walking). Highly recommended for families and those who want to have their own flat without giving up on the practical aspects of having a reception, weekly cleaning service and common areas.
Our bath sink was a little clogged and we had to wait 2 days to get it repaired as we mentioned it on Sunday morning and the following Monday was a bank holiday. It was clogged from the beginning of our stay. These things should be checked before welcoming in the new guests. I appreciate it was Sunday + a bank holiday but since this is the time of the year where you get the most tourists maybe it's also when you want to be able to solve these issues more quickly to make their stay more comfortable. On the following working day the issue was solved. Other than this, everything was great.

Good breakfast, clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. We loves it was dog friendly and had everything we needed. Great location and right near the lake!
There was not any available parking due to being at full capacity because of a busy weekend which meant we had to find parking elsewhere, however we managed to find parking near the hotel.
