An der Unterkunft hat mir gefallen, dass z.B Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung dort als Personal gearbeitet haben, dies habe ich vorher noch nie gesehen und es ist toll wie gut dass geklappt hat.👍🏻

Bei der Dusche hat mir ein bisschen der Wasserdruck gefehlt.

der Wellnessbereich ist super

zum Frühstück zu wenig Tische, nur ein Kaffeeautomat. Man sollte früh frühstücken!

Ruhiges Zimmer, sauber, gute Matratzen. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, guter SPA-Bereich.

Spa makes this hotel worth it. Breakfast very hearty.

Hotel has no air conditioning which I was amused to find out! Why? Hotel seems pretty fresh, so what went wrong during construction/renovation? AC is a must, will not be going back to this hotel in summer months for sure. I’ll check autumn though. Also, why can’t I change towels in SPA reception? What’s the hassle in sorting it out between you guys? (Hotel management and spa management)

The whole atmosphere and the wellness area

I knew before and was prepared, nut having no airconditioning in Berlin in July and August is really a Design error of the hotel. It was on the dat 30 degrees and also hotel staff was using fans to cool down.

It was a really pleasant trip. The hotel is in a good, quiet and idyllic location. The rooms are comfortable and functional. The locking mechanism drove me insane and the mattresses just lay flat. So I had to realign them correctly about 3-4x during the night, because you always landed directly between the two mattresses. They were a little too soft for my taste, but absolutely fine. Breakfast was very ok and the other meals were more than adequate.

the beds need frames so the matresses don't move. Rethink the keycard system since trying to open a door for >10min sometimes is not an option!

Lovely hotel, nice bteakfast

No pool We specifically plbooked this hotel because it had a pool, even though it was a long way from Berlin central When we arrived, the pool was out of order. No notification or option to change our booking in advance. We walked into the pool area to see construction workers repairing it. Very disappointing

Generally clean, decent room and nice rooftop bar. Riverside location was nice. The breakfast has a robot!

I specifically booked this place because of the swimming pool, and paid more for that, but the pool was closed, despite explicitly saying it was open on booking.com. Additionally, the bar was closed, and the WiFi was incredibly slow, and not usable.

The staff, particularly Watfa, were pleasant and polite. I liked the German breakfasts.

Unfortunately no aircon in the room! And the swimming pool was closed for maintenance in peak season! Don't understand that.

Clean hotel with an amazing entrance. Nice pool, gym and sauna. Good price at the restaurant and good quality of food. Tasty rice milk at the breakfast and omelet from the chef.

Great spa, very nicely surprised by the saunas. Tasty breakfast. Rooms as expected, beds were comfy. Quiet location and green neighbourhood.

Parking was a bit troublesome and the hotel's garage was expensive. Not that much going on in the immediate vicinity, but that was to be expected

We chose this hotel because it had a pool, the pool lived up to our expectations, it is open from 7am-10pm. The children got to swim and were happy. The hotel is quite far from the center, about half an hour away by car. However, there are plenty of shops and small restaurants out on the road by the hotel. As well as public transport options. There were also parking options if you are traveling by car.

Easy to get to get around. Bed was really comfortable. Hotel very clean and quiet. Highlight was the sauna, pool and jacuzzi for me. Loved our stay in this hotel.

Housekeeping came in twice even with a DND sign on the door. When we finally left for the day, our room was cleaned and our bathrobes( which were still perfectly reusable) were taken and not replaced. Bathroom floor towel too was taken and not replaced.
