This is my 2nd time staying at China Hotel. I didn't sleep well on my 1st night, I requested for a change of room. I was surprised to see that I was upgraded from premier room to an executive room. I really appreciated their gesture.

The fact that it is central, very clean, restaurants very close by, literally down the hotel. Taxis fetches you at the door. Very clean pool, you name it. My fav hotel in China by far.

I was stuck in Hong Kong and I requested that a Female staff member should pack my luggage for me but they said they can't assist. My male friend has to go pack my bags on my behalf, luckily nothing was all over the place.

Generally everything was pretty good. The metro was right under the hotel which was great. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Large breakfast buffet selection and the courtyard area was very nice.

The rooms are a little dark because of the low ceiling height. The swimming pool area had a construction screen behind it which looked like it had been there for a while and made the whole area a little unappealing. It was used for doing laps so not really a lounging and relaxing swimming pool. The staff spoke English which was great but not overly friendly. We stayed at the time of the Canton fair which meant inflated prices. So overall not great value for money at the time.

the breakfast was very nice and delicious.

Most of the stuff is very rude and not helpful at all. They give you the choice of 2 single beds or 1 king in booking, we chose the king bed but when we reached they forced us to take the twin bedroom.

주변 쇼핑, 음식점 많고요. 엘리베이터가 빠름...

아침식사는 메뉴는 많치만, 딱히 감탄할만한 식단은 없었어요...ㅠㅠ 천장이 너무 낮고요. 방음이라고 해서 예약했는데, 복도 소리 다 들립니다. ㅠㅠ

Lage war top. Direkt vorm Hotel ist die U-Bahnstation, Taxi-Stand und der Shuttle nach Hong Kong / Macau. Die Zimmer waren groß, Betten sehr groß und gemütlich und bietet sehr viele Pflegeprodukte an. Das Personal im ganzen Haus war richtig freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns für die 10 Tage richtig wohl gefühlt und würden bei unserem nächsten Guangzhou Besuch wieder hier übernachten wollen. Unten im Erdgeschoss sind einige Restaurants und Burger King. Daher extrem praktisch

Personeel is super gastvrij en vriendelijk. Bij binnenkomst werden we per direct begroet. We hadden wat problemen met de betaling van de taxi, personeel heeft ons geholpen met de betaling. Hotel zit naast de metro station, er zijn twee uitgangen naar het hotel, waardoor het heel makkelijk is om vanaf daar rond te reizen naar andere bestemmingen. Mocht je slecht ter been zijn dan kan je uitgang D1 nemen, daar zijn roltrappen en dan kom je bij de zuid-ingang binnen van het hotel. Er is genoeg te eten in het hotel, op de begane grond zijn er verschillende restaurantjes. Er is ook een mooie buiten zwembad en een sauna (mannen en vrouwen wel gescheiden) aanwezig. Op loop afstand is een mooie + grote park aanwezig, als je daar loopt heb je niet het gevoel meer dat je in de stad bent! Ook is er een shopping-mall en genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Helaas geen airport shuttle aanwezig.

The location is great and easily accessible. The room is tidy and clean. The beds are comfortable.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable, and its location is very convenient to travel by subway with 2 entrances besides the hotel.

Lacks variety and delicious food. Hotel restaurant serves rather nice dim sum but pricey with equally cold service by staff (like hotel front desk).

The location of the property is just perfect, a lot of places close by and easy access for bus and taxis. Concierge, house keep keeping and laundry staff are always always ready to help and very swift.

For the reception staff, they are so fixated on collecting monies that they loose the service and customer satisfaction aspect. It is something for the management to pay attention to or they might loose thier international customers. A lot do foreigners travel to China and this is a good place to stay. That shouldn’t be lost

La ubicación es excelente! Con estación del metro en la ouerta del hotel. La habitación muy comoda, limpia y agradable! El desayuno muy variado, abundante, delicioso y con oferta de comida Oriental y Occidental.

Tal vez el spa puede ser más amplio. Pero está muy bien tambien.

酒店位置很好，交通方便。 做为一家老牌的五星酒店，装修整体上感觉非常有中国特色。入住前有些担心设施老旧，住宿时发现房间干净卫生，设施保养的很好。 酒店健身设施非常好，种类齐全，还有热水按摩池、蒸气浴、桑拿浴，这是意外的惊喜了。 入住期间，浴室的灯坏了，报修后及时得到维修。
