Расположение. Близко к метро. Много кафешек, рядом хороший супермаркет. Отзывчивый персонал. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Вода, чай, кофе, и мини бар бесплатно. Пополняют каждый день. Постельное белье хрустит!! Подушки удобные! Тапочки, халаты, принадлежности для мытья все есть. Шнуры для зарядки разных телефонов и фумигатор с таблетками от комаров тоже есть. Забота.

Нет сеток на окнах. Обкусали комары. Видимо они привыкли к фумигатору))) И номер был окнами на проезжую часть, очень шумно.

Tiny room, non-smoking room as booked was not ready at 7pm even though we informed while booking that we arrive later.

Very good location, friendly staff, large clean room, good breakfast. Value for money. Will stay again if ever I am in guangzhou.

We received a free upgrade which was a pleasent surprise to start with. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast had a fair selection of food.

The floor carpet had many stains and gave a first impresion of a dirty room. This was not the case as the room was indeed clean.

The room is very big, and very bright.The service is very good

Most of the staff are very good and most of them can speak english, some of them dont speak

The room was not so clean, the carpet in the room was so dirty, the isolation of the window was not good because the noise from outside was very loud and annoying. Besides those, make sure to be clear about payment, because they can't refund from the booking account, you need to pay cash or with a credit card in the reception that caused me waiting for more than 1 hour at the reception just to clarify this situation.
