The location is amazing, the staff were very nice and cute. The room is spacious, bed big and comfy, nice space .

Almost everything was great, the only thing is that it would be better that the big window in the room wasn’t sealed. I guess that’s some safety measure, but the small window that wasn’t sealed is right above the air conditioner, and in not such a good position for a good view or to get the fresh air. This wasn’t a big issue since we stayed only one night.

Nice location and experience

Very close to the metro station

There is a new link direct to the entrance of the apartment/hotel. We only found out on the 3rd day of our stay. That entrance via Eixt 'E' was a whole lot more convenient.

The entrance to the place was quite confusing. They should have told us that there is an access from the MTR station via A-Mall direct to the entrance. There was no need to go out to exit 'F'.

The cleaniness, vacinity, and the reasonable price

The shower heater is NOT working well. Sometime cold and sometime hot....
