Spacious room for big groups, washing machine and dryer a bonus location was very convenient, a great supermarket in the same building (need to exit the other side of the building) A dim sum place on level 8

We booked 2 rooms for the family. One dint have sink in the kitchenette area. Throwing of rubbish was an issue as there are no where to throw it, we left outside our room which was cleared but it is quite unsightly Took a long time waiting for the lifts, too many people using it The lifts do not land on every floor, i took the first available lift and walked down a floor, note the stairs are quite dark

The photos of this hotel are deceiving as the reality is far from what was portrayed. The hotel appears rundown, and the apartments have a lingering stale cigarette smell, possibly due to people smoking in the building. To make matters worse, the apartments are situated in a building that houses retail stores on the same floors as the living spaces. There is a lack of basic amenities such as cutlery and plates, and the wifi connection is incredibly poor. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I could not bear to stay there for more than one night. Despite having the apartment booked for two weeks, I had to find another place to stay.

Good Location. not far from Metro. quite a lot of good choice of food.

Old and not well maintained, take very very very long to get the lift. lift easily get full capacity and you need to wait for long long long to get another one.

The place is very spacious and very well located

The lift can literally take 25 mn to pick you up and there are no stairs to go down, they stop at the 9th floor. The bathroom is too old, there are molds everywhere.

This apartment hotel is in proximity to everything a tourist will wish for.Lots of restaurants, my favorite being Saizeriya, lots of shopping places, Yuexiu park and historical monuments. We got a room upgrade which came us a surprise to us and the waiting time for the lift was always within 3 minutes. Will stay at this place again when I visit Guangzhou.

The only downside is that, my room had a strong smell of cigarette.As a non smoker, I felt very uncomfortable and quickly bought an air freshner spray from the convenient store downstairs.

Two story apartment, nice view, super clean, helpful receptionists, good location.

The couch is old and too soft - worn out but had a cover which was ok.

The room is great. Very large with n upper-floor view of the city. Comfortable bed, great wifi, washer, fridge and cold AC. You can tell the rooms have a little wear, but they are very clean. I stayed here during a the stressful time of the corona outbreak and I don't speak Chinese, however, Peggy, the manager, was there to support me every step of the way. Excellent customer service.

The room are a little worn out. The elevators are very slow. I was on floor 25 and noticed the stairwell to floor 24 takes you to an empty unfinished floor with no more stair access. Slightly concerning...

if they can put a small bathroom at the same level as the bedroom it would be better
