Close to the airport for easy access for flights. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. I also had a nice dinner in the restaurant.

We liked getting a train pass. We liked the location.
The staff didn't let us know about the train pass, and only wanted to give us one pass for the two of us. Room was outdated and not particularly clean. The glass in the shower was worrisome because one could slip and crash the whole glass and get injured.

Great room for 4 persons, very clean and very comfortable. Its a good hotel with good installations.
The breakfast its simply but enough
Don't have direct public transport from the hotel to the city. You must take a bus to the airport and in the airport take a train to the city. Too much compicated.

Very friendly staff, make the best, good lunch in the restaurant. Very close to the airport and a shuttle service.
very old carpet in the room and in the hallway. it even had no fresh smell in the room.

Breakfast was standard but good. Airport shuttle convenient. Bathroom was okay but towels were older and hard. Mattress is firm which I found across Switzerland and happen to prefer.

Staff that checked us in were courteous and allowed us to use the Executive Lounge since our room wasn’t ready. Room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. It was very convenient to stay the night before our departure.

breakfast omelette making chef too slow. big que. Bar attendant poor service, not letting us sit and talk with each other without having a drink from the bar.

The staff was absolutely helpful in every way and extremely polite. The property also has a phenomenal panoramic view of the city and the alps.
