Die Lage ist top! Der “Marktladen” ist hübsch, das Restaurant sieht auch nett aus.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Das Zusatzbett stand im Gang bei der Eingangstüre. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Hotel ist relativ neu, aber die Grundrissplanung der Zimmer ist nicht durchdacht. Auch das ganze Farbkonzept in der Lobby (Herzstück eines Hotels) und im Eingangsbereich ist nicht stimmig - um nicht zu sagen katastrophal. Da wurde geklotzt mit teurem Designer-Sofa und Marmor, aber eine herzliche, willkommene Atmosphäre kommt nicht auf. Sehr schade!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit einer tollen Lage, so nahe beim Flughafen.

I arrived at 9:50 pm on friday. the restaurant closes 10:00 pm - but I got an excellent full meal served in the Lebanese Restaurant! Breakfast was also great! (Birchermüsli)

The air con in my room wasn't working and it was hot weather so they moved me into a better room without question.

First-class Zimmer mit top Einrichtungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ins Hyatt Regency.

Perfekt als Flughafenhotel um einen frühen Abflug entspannt zu erreichen. Der Checkin ist 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt auch einige gut sortierte Supermärkte in gleicher Entfernung für Mitbringsel und Snacks. Die Hotelsauna war ein Highlight.

Alles perfekt. Rund um das Hotel ist allerdings die Orientierung nicht einfach, auch wenn es viele Wegweiser gibt. Am besten vor der Anreise nachschauen.

Beautiful and very spacious room with a view on the park. Spotlessly clean!

The mattress was badly out of shape like elephants had slept in it. The AC unit was set to 21 C when I arrived and despite trying to lower the temp to 18 C during the night, it firmly stayed glued at 21 C even with the fan at max, not responding to the control panel.

Proximity to the airport. The hotel is located in a good complex with multiple choices of restaurants. Proximity to the tram and bus stations is convenient.

The variety of breakfast options could be better, and the price could be lower. Providing only one complimentary bottle of water daily is inadequate for three people. You do not seem to be making any difference between single, double, or triple occupancy. The car parking charges are very high. The hotel should arrange with the airport parking to provide concessional fares to hotel residents.

空港から近いけれど、行き方の案内が喫煙者エリアばかり案内されたのがやや不快だったし、入り口が地味でわかりづらい。エレベーターホールのみなので、もう少し目印がほしい。 飲み水がグラス入りで持って出づらい。

The room was very clean and the entrance and bathroom spacious. There was a coffee maker and tea kettle with coffee capsules, tea bags, coffee creamer, sugar and a bottle of water. Bathrobes and slippers provided.

I had a BIG problem even before entering the hotel!: The main entrance (door to the elevator to Reception, located upstairs) would not open and there was no way for me to communicate with anyone! I had to stand there waiting until someone who worked in the hotel happened to exit the building a few doors down from the entrance. He attempted to help me and also could not get the doors to open even with his card key, or communicate with anyone. He did not know what to do so he led me on a VERY long, very roundabout way, including up a staircase. I had to leave my very heavy suitcase on its own at the bottom of the stairs as it was too heavy to drag up the stairs, which made me uncomfortable. When I finally made it to Reception, the man working there was not even apologetic about the problem with the entrance. Once in my room, I had a problem as it was not clear at all how to flush the toilet (there was a glass plate with a line on it and it did not seem to respond to anything I did) and there were no instructions. I called Guest Services at least 5 or 6 times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! Not what I would expect from a well-known hotel chain! The bed looked nice but the mattress was not as firm as I had hoped. Also, the room was too expensive.

Un super accueil par Carolin, merci beaucoup. Une magnifique chambre avec une salle de bain extraordinaire, spacieuse et très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner, certes un peu cher, était également excellent. Et la proximité de l'aéroport est absolument top ! Nous y retourerons à coup sûr, la prochaine réservation est déjà faite !

Location of the hotel was perfect as we had a 6 month old and stroller. It was a quick walk from train station to hotel and from there to airport.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working properly and they were not able to fix it while we were there despite 2 calls to the front desk and a visit by someone. The fan was helpful

A good option for an overnight stopover between flights. Good location across the road from the airport so easy access to hotel with no need for shuttles of taxis.

Bit pricey for an overnight stop but you are paying for the location no doubt.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Zurich airport. The finishes are very modern. The room was clean. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with everything one could hope for!

The beds are very uncomfortable with a significant dip in the middle of the bed, which hurt my back. This was also true the previous time I stayed at this same hotel a year ago. They need to replace the mattresses with better quality.

Sehr gute Lage, unmittelbar am Flughafen kann das Hotel zu Fuß problemlos in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Perfekte Ausstattung, fehlte praktisch an nichts!
