Breakfast was nice and varied but a bit too expendive

The security lock on our door -room 245- was missing as was soap in the shower I mentioned it at reception but she said ok and wrote nothing down. I caught the cleaning people and they very kindly gave us soap and extra towels- fortunately we spoke spanish

Location, close to the airport.

We will start with the exorbitant parking price of 28 CHF per night. The hotel is located right by the train tracks, so you can hear the train passing by approximately every hour or less from the room, even when the window is closed. The bed covers, pillows, and blankets were smelly, and we couldn't sleep well at night. In my opinion, they don't wash them, it's just a lingering odor on them.

This is the worst hotel i ever stayed in. First they dont find my reservation, and after they make up for it buy giving me and upgrade. We was two pepole traveling, and they upraded us to a room for one person. We had one of everything in the roon, and had to get everything deliverd, towels, pillow, etc. The reception was very sure this was a two mans rom. The staff from reception was exstremly arrogant.The pillows was so bad i wouldent even leave my cat to sleep on it. In the rooms you cant put the blinders up so you cannot look outside, and is dark 24/7. You pay this high prices for a hotel room, and its not worth it. Never again.

Breakfast Buffet okay. Location 5 minutes from airport.

Mostly no shuttle when told there was one. Told us to take tram to save money. Had to order shuttle 24 day before… only on a layover for 6 hours. Ordered two beds, only one, staff said no more rooms and brought us a rolling bed.

Location to both airport and city access. Staff friendly and helpful.

Aa travellers that reached Zurich at night after a 17h flight, we appreciate the complimentary shuttle from airport very much. Location of the hotel is good. Near the bus stop that takes us to the city center.

Hotel is minutes away from the airport which ISA plus. Dinner was good at restaurant. Service and assistance at restaurant were special. A thing that was also found at the breakfast restaurant too.

Many amenities expected in a hotel room, specially in the bathroom, were missing. Although dinner food at restaurant was good - it was on the expensive side. TV channels lacked English-speaking news channels like CNBC, CNN and no sports channels were available in any language.

Carpet dusty and stinks.... No good for respiration....not healthy

The room, the close proximity to the airport, the shuttle service, the helpful staff. The 4 a.m. shuttle to the airport was extremely helpful.

Of course, this is a given for any "airport hotel": the sound of airplanes and trains was pronounced on the side of the building my room was on. In the future, I will bring earplugs. The hotel itself is lovely and the location is helpful, so this is a trade-off that comes with the territory that earplugs would remedy.

I had an overnight stay only due to delay of my flight. Late check in was perfect. Nice breakfast with various selection.

The only one thing I would add to bathroom toiletries is a body lotion.

Location but no choice because i am attending a convention. So, no complaints about it. And the hotel is near to a tram station, so it is still very convenient.
